I didn’t love the robe and the customer service was outstanding as they worked to resolve my concerns.

The pillows are too soft - have barely any fluff in them. When I ordered the ad stated free shipping if order is over $100. I didn't notice that ship/handling was added before I pressed the 'buy' button - my fault. When I sent an email to return under their 30 day guarantee policy, I was told that the refund would not include the shipping fee & I had to pay to ship back. The offer for free shipping was not on their 'discounted' store. How would I know that they have 2 different online stores? Seems a bit shady. This means I'm out $60 just for the shipping (to me & back to them). I wish I read all these reviews first - again my fault. Expensive buyer beware lesson. UGH

I received these pillows last night and immediately used them. They were delicious! When I had a small issue, customer service, resolved the situation to my full satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

I purchased pillows from FluffCo. and so far they have been great and comfortable. I prefer these over the expensive pillow that I had that I always had neck aches from. Would recommend!

The pillows are great quality, they’re very fluffy and soft yet firm enough to keep their shape. The firmness is good enough for my neck and to have support, it actually feels relieving on my neck in the mornings. Plus the material being made of cotton is another plus!

I ordered two pillows and they sent me a tracking number, and I tried to check where is my order. tracking number does not recognised. Email to customer service and they told me it happen sometimes, and just wait for delivery. I still waiting for my order. Fluff & co does not respond my email now.

FluffCo uses false advertising. The advertisement claimed that the pillow was on Oprah’s Favorite Things. They are not. Then after I gave my credit card info, they charged 14.99 for shipping protection and 33.95 for shipping for 5 pillows. I immediately sent a message requesting that they cancel my order. They never replied.

This company has a RIDICULOUS return policy. Buyer beware. You have to call them, then pay for shipping back but you also have to call them a second time and give tracking number then wait until they refund.

Customer service is the worst
I ordered the firm pillow and paid extra for 2 day shipping, which actually took over a week to arrive. I contacted customer service about this, it took 3 emails and twice reaching out to them via Instagram before I received a response. I wanted to return the pillow; however, they told me if I did that I had to pay for the return shipping. I was encouraged to keep the pillow and try it out, so I did and they did provide me with a partial refund for all the issues I encountered. I still don’t want the pillow and was told that I received a partial refund so they won’t provide an exchange and if I want a refund I have to pay the cost to return it, which is costly. The pillow is like sleeping on a rock, it is terrible. Customer service is the worst I have experienced. I would not recommend this product or this company. There is a reason they don’t allow reviews on their website that mention their customer service, that is because it is terrible.

I just purchased four pillows from Fluff.co, and I absolutely love them! I have a history of neck problems, but, if I find the proper pillow(s), I can alleviate the problem. Fluff.co pillows were perfect for my neck and I slept soundly. Also, I received great customer service from the company, with a special shout-out to, Grace, for helping me.

Have been wanting/needing to upgrade my entire bedding especially my pillows. I typically grabbed cheaper ones from Target solely for convenience. But FLUFF.CO?? I was so excited to try and was not disappointed!! It truly gave staycation at home since I love a hotel bed feeling. The pillows are just the right amount of soft

I’m loving the Fluffco down alternative hotel pillows! They are super soft and high quality. I sleep on both my side and back, and it can be hard to find a pillow that’s comfortable but these are great!

Their pillow is the perfect amount of fluff! I love how I sink into the pillow while still feeling supported by it. So many pillows sink too far down to the mattress, and with Fluff co, that’s not the case. I’m a side and belly sleeper, and I love Fluff co.

These pillows are so good. Soft, fluffy, and still hold their shape after weeks of use. Feels like sleeping on hotel bedding but at home. Even my daughter tried to steal mine so I’m ordering her a set of her own! Highly recommend!

Great customer service and amazing product! I'm the type of person that loves sleeping on clouds and this is it for me. So fluffy but doesn't flatten out when you're sleeping on it and always fluffs back up. This is probably the most structure I've had in a fluffy pillow.

I hoped for a pillow that didn't go flat when I laid my head on it. I was hoping for plush support. I am very disappointed. The pillow went flat and I was bunching it up all night trying to get support. It's no better than the generic pillow I bought at Walmart for much less. $50 plus expensive shipping is sadly wasted. I do not recommend this product
