Hi, I ordered few items and payment was accepted. However, soon I received a refund notification without any further explanations. Why my order was rejected?

I ordered a tee shirt, paid and got confirmation of the order, i even got a royal mail tracking number- guess what the item was never in stock, so how could i get a tracking number for an order that did exist ?
Unacceptable in this day and age-

I like the hoodies, although I recently purchased one in the 53 days of summer sale and a few days later was on sale in my size on the £10 rail sale. Not amused at all, as I also had to pay £3.95 postage to NI.
I am not fussed on the t-shirts, they are too multi coloured and am seriously put off buying them when modelled by the guys covered in tattoos, sorry yes its very off-putting. These are my only gripes FLY53, otherwise great site.

Ive always loved the fly53 gear, and the fact that they have frequent sales, fast shipping, makes me love them even more

Bought the floodgate T, robo T & the obrian shorts. All spot on. Great fit & comfortable. Will be buying more soon.

Items received as ordered and with tracking, very helpful! One did not fit so sent it back and the refund was processed the next day!

Fly53 have handled 2 orders from me this summer. Each was handled quickly and effectively. Both were tracked delivery which worked well. Packaging and product quality both excellent. I'm a happy repeat customer.

Great clothes, some are a bit giddy but generally really good!

Easy to order, quick delivery ( event in Eastern Europe ) and all these through repetitive orders that have been made for a couple of years now.

Love the shorts - bought two pairs in the sale. Great fit, great service, fast delivery - but one waist button has fallen off and the other is only sewn on one side will likely fall off soon - so I'll have to sew both of these one properly before I get to wear them.

I took FLY53 up on their summer promotion and purchased 2 t shirts at a very reasonable £10 each. Shipping was a few pounds... As I was leaving work the other day, wearing one of the t shirts, a teenage girl said "Hey cool dude with the weirdo t shirt" I laughed and she said something I didn't understand, probably street slang. Anyways, as a bloke in his mid 30s I took this as a compliment.

I frickin love this brand. The only reason they don't get a 5 from me - is that sometimes the sizes vary quite a bit. One large is not necessarily the same as the next large.

The mail service provided its taking much time to deliver the products.

They've got their processes down perfectly. Ordered quite a few times from Fly 53 and they've always delivered next day without fail. Great company and great clothes
