I've been buying from FLy53 for a few years now and the service is always really good, delivery times are quick and they keep you informed about when it's been dispatched.
The only complaint I have is stock is often listed as available but when you go to select your size everything is listed as out of stock. This has happened more than once to me.
Otherwise, really good service.

Great products, reliable delivery and well packaged products

As a long time buyer from both the online store and local store I have always loved the service provided. Many factors can be attributed to this, whether it be the range of clothing (in style/colour), the range of sizes and most importantly the accessibility of the site. After my local stand closed down about a year ago I had to order everything online, which is a very simple process. Orders are usually processed and dispatched 1/3 days after I placed them, I am always given tracking numbers and as a reward for being a loyal customer I am always e-mailed with offers such as 10% off.

I always look forward to the new seasons being added online and getting great new clothing at a great price from a great retailer.

European shipping (to Spain) is a bit pricey, but pretty fast compared to other stores. The products received are flawless and as shown in the web, I'm plenty satisfied with the purchase

Quick; well packed

I often buy from the Fly 53 website mostly for my son in law as he loves everything they do from shoes & boots to t shirts, shirts n hoodies and there has never been a time I have bought him something when he hasn't been really pleased with everything.
This latest order was placed late Tuesday and everything I ordered arrived early Thursday beautifully packaged and really fast.
I have never had a complaint about anything I have ordered and would recommend this site to anyone 5*****

I've bought a few things from Fly53 over the years. Deliveries have always arrived promptly and I had no problem getting a refund the one time I had to return an item.

Just discovered this company....really love the quality of their t shirts ...great value for money. Only comment is they should include an invoice with the order confirming the price otherwise can't fault them.

Where to start since we found FLY53 both myself and my husband haven't looked back. Coming from a design background myself I am made on the messages and designs printed on both the t-shirts and sweatshirts. My husband has gone crazy for the these also and loves the subliminal messages too and also the reaction he gets wearing them. Love this brand so much. You guys rock....

Bought some fantastic items of clothing items from Fly53 recently and was delighted with both the price and quality of all my purchases.
T-Shirts were a great fit and the delivery time and packaging were first class...
Have actually placed a second order after receiving the first!!!

I ordered from FLY53's bargain £5 and £10 rails and chose 5 items, paid and had a confirmation email. Days later I received an email saying an item was out of stock and it had been removed from my order and a refund for that item would be made. In fact, 3 items had been removed as "out of stock" so the email made no sense or was simply poor grammar. I'm not being wordy about grammar - if you mean three items, don't refer to them as "it". I complained about the poor shop inventory as they should have been shown as sold out. I received a reply saying their sale rail offers were "EXCEPTIONALLY" (in capital letters) popular and had sold out quicker than they expected.

I love Fly53, the products are some of the most comfortable clothing I have ever owned. However after ordering 3 items and having payment taken, I got told 5 days later 1 of the items was out of stock and I wouldn't be getting it. What really annoyed me this time was that this was the second order that this has happened to, and it always happens to be the items I want the most. I went to reorder the item in a different size but stopped myself, in case this happened again.

I like using FLY53 website as they have great clothes, good style, and there's usually some sort of sale on. Website is easy to use and delivery is prompt. I've used it a few times and will continue to do so. I have quite a few FLY53 items now, the quality is really good and the fit is great. The sweaters are defo the fav things in my wardrobe!!!
