Flyachilles 

Three outdoor pendant lights were purchased and received mid Nov 2025. Lights are scratched, bent, and no instructions were provided how to mount the lights on junction box outside. Flyachilles does not assist, will not approve a return or exchange the damaged light fixtures. Flyachilles can not assist beyond 45 days of receipt. Do NOT buy any products from Flyachilles. Lights were great and arrived on time

Pros: I love your styles and selection choices. Website is easy to navigate.
Cons: I tried to buy an 8 pack but the discount for 3 or more items would not apply, so I had to buy a 4 pack, 2 pack, and a single to get the number of lights necessary while also getting the discount to apply. Also, standard shipping time is extremely long and expedited shipping is cost prohibitive.

As this was a purchase of over $250, I had a few questions I wanted answered before I invested. It was Christmas Eve, so I anticipated a wait - but to my pleasant surprise I received an answer, and it was not just a yes or no answer. The answer delved into what I asked and more, so I felt very confident in ordering. I ordered on Christmas Day and received confirmations of my order. The system they have leads me to believe I will be enjoying my item soon and I will be writing another review.

This is an company with mixed performance, in my case they lured me to accept a lousy "compensation" of $50 for a faulty pair of lights, which I bought for more than $140, and later told me that they process the refund based on my answer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, BE AWARE!!!!!!!!

If you’re on the fence about buying this light…. DO IT!!! It’s absolutely amazing!!! I thought for sure the pics in the reviews just had to be photoshopped. Let me tell you… they are 100% genuine, the colors REALLY are that awesome. When I first plugged it in, I stood there for about 10 mins saying “wow… wow… just wow!” Then my neighbors joined me outside and we all stood there for about 20 more mins just mesmerized by this thing. The colors are so bright and vivid. The light bounces off the branches and creates the coolest mix of colors. My mom was so impressed by my pics, she bought 2 for herself the same day haha. Seriously… it is AWEEEEESOME!!! You won’t be disappointed. I have the best Xmas display on the block now! Customer service is also great, quick to respond, friendly and can solve any issues you might have. I wish I could submit a pic but I don’t see a spot to do that on this review.

The light is incredible. All the neighbors love it. Great product with excellent quality

Ordering was simple and easy. My fixtures arrived sooner than expected and were very well packed. They are beautiful!

Navigating the website was simple. Some sites it's hard to find what you're looking for. Only negative is that I would have to buy more items to get a discount but oh well, I get it.

The ordering process was easy and the product arrived within a reasonable amount of time. I was kept informed regarding the status of the order, including progress through shipping and delivery. The product arrived intact. The only problem I have has nothing to do with the company or the product. I need larger pendants, and these are smaller than I expected.

The communication is difficult. And the delivery is arduously long and not convenient.

I feel that you should have better tracking information. From the time of purchase there has been very little tracking information available to me!

Can't wait to get the product and hope it is as good as the shopping experience!

Ordered one of their products and requested for an upgrade of the products. I initially spoke with the customer service rep who said the upgrade will attract an additional charges.I am glad that I received an email from them today that no additional charges will be charged.From the customer service to their email was a wonderful experience.

It was pretty easy to find what I needed and any questions on lighting intensity I had were answered. I wanted expedited shipping but couldn't find how yo do it. Maybe it will anytime come sooner.they did write yo me .to expedite was 250$ i declined. Nice to adk a bit too pricy. And they offered to split the cost with me. Very nice.

Communication was a challenge at first, however your customer service is A+

Being as the company is in Hong Kong and I’m in the States I was a little worried about ordering $10’s of thousands in lights from a new distributor on the other side of the world. The team at FlyAchilles communicated regularly and fulfilled their commitment. They are honorable, and the lights are great!

This is my third time purchasing, and I'm still very satisfied.

The website is well put together with a lot of lighting options which I appreciated. The only downside I can speak of is I got a few different discount codes but they couldn’t be used together. Only one at a time. Other than that, I was satisfied and ordered string lights for my wife.
