Scam site - NEVER USE

Scam site. Doubt if they even have planes. Found out at check in my flight has been moved back a whole week. No notification, no email, nothing. Pathetic, ridiculous company.

Just don’t Flybondi

Have been travelling all over the world and have travelled with budget airlines before, but Flybondi makes its own league. Been taking few flights with them to and from different locations in Argentina and it is just wow how bad it can be, you need to except cancellations and rebook your flight for an other time and other airport. The support is also none existent, if your time isn’t worth anything and expect to pay extra to go to another airport the Flybondi is for you!

Zero stars should be introduced for…

Zero stars should be introduced for Flybondi. Booked three flights from Buenos Aires to Iguazú and Salta within a week; all of them rescheduled, and also delays after reschedules, change of airport. The worst part; not even informed - it is crazy finding out your flight has changed when you do check in.
Rescheduling of flights to 1 am from standard 4 or 5 pm seems like a common practice.
Just terrible. Not worth the wasted days from vacation.

Worse experience of any airline in 40…

Worse experience of any airline in 40 years. They regularly cancel flights the day before you fly then move you to a flight days later. They even tried to out us on a return flight 3 days later that left before the new arrival flight. Impossible to contact them as well

Most unreliable and horrible airline

Flybondi is by far the worst and most unreliable airline I’ve ever flown. I took two domestic flights in Argentina, and both were delayed multiple times on the day of departure. On one flight, we waited an extra hour at the gate and another two hours sitting on the plane with no explanation, no apology, and absolutely no compensation.

Customer support is practically nonexistent. They don’t have a WhatsApp number at all, only a regular phone line, which makes it almost impossible for tourists outside of Argentina to reach them. On top of that, their website’s contact form doesn’t work because it refuses to accept booking codes with six characters—even though that’s exactly what their codes are. It really feels like they don’t want anyone to contact them.

Their check-in system is another trap. If you accidentally choose a seat during online check-in and then try to cancel it before finishing, you’ll be forced to pay for it. Even restarting check-in doesn’t fix it because the charge remains added, and you can’t complete check-in without paying.In summary, Flybondi is unreliable, unresponsive, and frustrating at every step. Avoid it if you want your trip through Argentina to be stress-free.

Tomé dos vuelos domésticos en Argentina y ambos se retrasaron varias veces el mismo día del vuelo. En uno de ellos, esperamos una hora más en la puerta de embarque y luego otras dos horas sentados dentro del avión, sin explicación, sin disculpas y sin ningún tipo de compensación.

El servicio al cliente prácticamente no existe. No tienen número de WhatsApp, solo una línea telefónica común, lo que hace casi imposible que los turistas fuera de Argentina puedan comunicarse. Además, el formulario de contacto de su página web no funciona, ya que rechaza los códigos de reserva de seis caracteres, aunque ese sea exactamente el formato que ellos mismos usan. Da la impresión de que no quieren que los clientes los contacten.

Su sistema de check-in es otra trampa. Si eliges un asiento por error durante el check-in online y luego intentas cancelarlo antes de terminar, te obligan a pagarlo. Reiniciar el proceso no sirve, porque el cobro ya queda agregado y no puedes completar el check-in sin pagarlo.En resumen, Flybondi es una aerolínea poco confiable, sin respuesta y frustrante en cada paso. Evítala si quieres que tu viaje por Argentina sea tranquilo.

Terrible experience with Flybondi – complete lack of responsibility, Péssima experiência com Flybondi – total falta de responsabilidade

I booked my first flight [Buenos Aires (EZE) → Foz do Iguaçu (IGR)] and my second flight [Foz do Iguaçu (IGR) → Lima, Peru (LIM)] through the Kiwi app. Initially, the layover was around 21 hours, but suddenly it changed to 69 hours.

Flybondi is a company that truly does not support its customers. I received no proper explanation for the sudden disappearance of the flights, they did not respond to my requests, and they took no action to resolve the issue.

I am extremely frustrated. My entire plan was ruined, and I have no idea what the company is doing right now. Avoid this airline if you want to travel without stress.

Flybondi é uma companhia que realmente não dá suporte aos clientes. Não recebi nenhuma explicação adequada sobre o desaparecimento repentino dos voos, não responderam às minhas solicitações e não tomaram nenhuma medida para resolver o problema.

Estou extremamente frustrado. Todo o meu planejamento foi arruinado e não sei o que a companhia está fazendo neste momento. Evite esta companhia se quiser viajar sem estresse.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. Worst airline company I ever traveled with. Low cost airline companies in Asia are much much better. FlyBondi first steals money on the airport if you’re traveling with one extra (small) hand luggage. No other airline company does this, I’m traveling the world consecutive for 7 years. I also made pictures inside the airplane of broken things, for example the elbow rest of my seat was broken. Leg room is insanely small, ground staff rude. I would rather pay a little extra for another company next time. Will never fly Bondi again

Cancelled flight no assistance

Arrived at airport to find flight cancelled. No seats on the other two of their flights that day. No notification whatsoever from them. Ended up paying £413 for a one way ticket for 2 hour journey with AA. Booking.com trying to fob off my refund onto FlyBondi. If you threaten FlyBondi with a complaint to ANAC, you might get somewhere. More annoyed at Booking.com for even using them as tbh, didn't even think to check their reliability as Booking.com usually reliable.

The worst airline experience I’ve ever had

Flybondi turned out to be a complete lack of respect for its passengers. Both our outbound and return flights (Buenos Aires–Salta) were rescheduled just hours before departure, with no explanation at all. The notifications arrived in the middle of the night, while we were already traveling from Pehuajó to Ezeiza with our two young daughters. On the return flight, they changed the schedule twice on the same day, causing nearly five hours of delay.

It wasn’t due to weather or force majeure — just poor organization and overbooking. We lost valuable time, money, and peace of mind: extra expenses for accommodation, parking, meals, and transfers that the company refused to cover.

Flybondi sells more flights than it can actually operate and then groups passengers into the few flights that depart. I would never recommend this airline. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity — avoid Flybondi at all costs.

I booked two flights with them from…

I booked two flights with them from Buenos Aires to Salta. More then a WEEK before the flight they cancel the first one entirely making me leave a day earlier which made me cancel my hotels and other bookings... and then they delay my second flight a day before with a delay of four hours. I tried to reach out trough email but honestly i think they won't reply. Take good consideration when you book trough this organization.

Two flights, two major problems – poor communication and lack of accountability

I booked two flights with Flybondi during my trip to Argentina, hoping for a reliable "low-cost" option (which was actually still pricey and ended being even more expensive as we had to book last minute flights with other airlines to cover the flights Flybondi changed or cancelled at the very last minute). Unfortunately, both bookings turned into major headaches.

The first flight was cancelled by Flybondi with little explanation (at the very last minute). While I eventually received a refund, it took months and required repeated follow-up, as their customer service was extremely slow to respond (over 7 months).

The second flight was even worse: Flybondi changed the arrival airport from Aeroparque to Ezeiza without proper notice or any real alternative (which made the flight unusable with flight connections). I never received the supposed notification email, despite getting other messages from the airline. Attempts to contact customer service before the flight were unsuccessful—phone support required an Argentinian ID (which I don’t have as a foreigner), pn site personnel did not want to support and emails went unanswered for seven months. By the time they finally replied, they claimed my reservation had expired and refused a refund, even though their unilateral change to the conditions made the ticket unusable for me.

Overall, my experience with Flybondi was deeply disappointing: poor communication, lack of support, and no respect for passenger rights. I would not recommend this airline, especially for international travelers or anyone who values reliable service and transparency.

Cancelled and never refunded us

We bought the tickets and a month before the flight they changed the time of the flight and it would be impossible for us to reach the airport on time. They gave us an option to get reimbursed, which we chose to do. It has been almost 4 months and the reimbursement was never done. We had to book with another airline, paid a lot more money for our flights, and are still waiting for more than USD 500 in refunds!!!!! I have been exchanging emails with them since then and no results until now. Maybe by bringing this issue to a public forum they will finally give us our money back.

Avoid Flybondi at all cost!!!

My wife and I booked three separate flights with Flybond, every single one was a disaster.

First, the “low-cost” pricing is a complete bait-and-switch. After purchasing the ticket, you’re nickel-and-dimed for every basic thing: seat selection, luggage, even breathing feels like it might cost extra. By the time you’re done, you’ve paid the same as a real airline with none of the service!

Worse, Flybondi has no app, no functional customer service, and zero communication. All three of our flights were changed without warning, and one was flat-out CANCELLED (Flight # 5092 May 31, 2025) with no text, no call, just a 2 a.m. email hours before takeoff. No rebooking, no help, nothing.

We’re currently stranded in Buenos Aires with no Flybondi flight in sight and no one to talk to. If you value your time, money, or sanity, book with literally any other airline.

FLYBONDI, A CROOK’S COMPANY

I was traveling from the US to Buenos As.
In Buenos Aires, I had a connection with this crooked company in Cordoba.

They suddenly canceled the flight,

-I had to stay overnight in Buenos Aires
-I lost one day of my vacation
-I had to incur a bunch of unexpected expenses in Buenos As. and on top of that:

THEY CHARGED ME A FULL-PRICE TICKET FOR A FLIGHT ON THE FOLLOWING DAY.

It was all my fault, I DID NOT READ REVIEWS, and this gang has only negative reviews.

Do not bother filing a complaint with the gubernatorial agency that oversees this line of business, I did and they do nothing… and Flybondi knows it!

DON’T BE A VICTIM. READ REVIEWS!!!

I will never use this company anymore

I will never use this company anymore. Even if it’s means do not came back to Argentina. Our flight was planed to arrive from Mendoza to Buenos Aires at 12pm, we woke up very early 6 am to get the very first bus, when we noticed that the plane would have a small delay. We went to the airport to see that the delay would be way bigger, they would put us on a plane to the second airport, which did not happened, but it’s 15:24, 3 hours after we are supposed to be here and we are without food waiting a bus on the airplane door. This is a gigantic irresponsibility. I should have looked them here before buy our tickets. I hope more people can check this.

Last second price changes

I am booking a flight with them, fill in all the information including payment details. And after the last confirmation step, they suddently say whoops, prices increased by $ 20.000 pesos. It's not a huge amount of monay, but geez it's so annoying. It feels like they want their customers to hate them.
