Do not. Absolutely do not. I hated it. I wish I had listened to online reviews.

This airline will make you wait in long lines every single time (we took 3 flights and this was the case every single time), will delay flights every single time ( all our flights were delayed by more than 2 hours including one scheduled to depart at 11:15 and was delayed by 2 hours), will make you wait at boarding, will make you wait in the jet bridge… I just can’t mention the pain this airline will make you go through. Other airlines in Argentina are bad as well but none of them can match the poorest quality of flybondi. Do not. Simply do not.

Note- I am posting picture of just one of the events. The others were just indescribable.

This was the worst travel experience of…

This was the worst travel experience of my life. I booked a flight in advance with FlyBondi. They had the flight I needed to iguazu on the right day so why not give it a try?

I got to the airport 3+ hours early for a domestic flight (I’m that person) and there’s no Bondi staff except 1-2 women not helping or talking to anyone. We aren’t checking in so I’m concerned.

They said the flight would be out of AEP instead within the same hour (that airport is about an hour away when the roads are open, but this was during the aftermath of the world cup so the roads were closed completely).

I was also told it would be rescheduled for two days later (never got that email btw..), which was when I was booked to leave iguazu for another city and tour.

We were all told 4 totally different things so they could get the huge line of customers to leave. No supervisors even came into work that day.

Flybondi didn’t refund us because the flight “wasn’t canceled” but what was I to do for 2 days on my 1 week vacation? Sleep at EZE and get the rest of my stuff stolen?

I’m out $400 with no response from the airline on any platform.

Avoid this airline at all costs! Absolute scam.

They sold my seat to someone else and then I cannot fly today even if the flight was maintained.

On 17/13/2022, I came to the airport to grab my flight from Buenos Aires to bariloche. I was 3 hours 30 in advance. I couldn't do online check-in because their website isn't working.
I came to the check-in counter, and
Flybondi told me I cannot fly because they sold my seat to someone else (surbooking). They say it's my fault because I didn't do online checking. Online checking was not working.
Flight FO5274.
I wasted one full day to organise everything. I had only 3 holidays nights planed in bariloche, and l had already hotel there and activities planed.
You can't ruin the holidays of someone like this. If I buy a seat, you don't sell eat to someone else.

Flew Ushuaia to Buenos Aires…

Flew Ushuaia to Buenos Aires [Aeroparque] on 6th December. Flight details had changed over the months, so we were a little nervous.
The check-in was fine, there were no extra charges. It was absolutely on time. The seating appeared to be more cramped than usual, & the interior was a bit scuffed. Catering consisted of a very rapid trolley drinks run for coffee, tea and soft drinks for a modest charge.
Absolutely no complaints, & we got fair value for money

Never Again!

Too many hidden costs. Seriously what other airlines charge for hand luggage. We paid for hold luggage. We paid for a seat choice. Then stung at the airport for carry on luggage. This after they changed our flight departure to 6 hours earlier requiring us to arrive in Buenos Aires a day early and pay for a hotel. Simply……never again will I fly Fly Bondi

Not to recommend

Booked a flight with Flybondi.com via Kiss&Fly website. FO/1T54G4.Flybondi just changed the flight to 1 day later. They offered me 1 new option, but can take due to a limited timeframe. The offered me 3 different options (cancellation, change of flight, etc.) But I dont receive any answer from them if I can cancel my flight free of charge and get my money back. No service to expect from this company. Very bad experience..... I just want my money back, what I am entitled to, when the airline delays your flight more then 24 hours.

Awful

Awful! Flights changed on two trips to the middle of the night, a 21 hour delay meaning we had to find accommodation last minute over a busy long weekend, ruined our next day both trips. Not worth it, pay more for the better airline. Shocking customer service, no complaints process.

Cancelled and no refund

My two flights has been cancelled without reason and they just propose a « voucher », but for a foreigner is totally useful.
If you want to be sure to have your flight, don’t take this company

International check in online not…

International check in online not available, despite the website lets you complete the forms for check in and then states you should contact their email, which is where there first five a useless answer on how to fillup the form, and then after a followup email say it's impossible for international flights.

Just don't fly with them.

I took 2 flights with them: both of them were delayed and we kept being lied to by the staff. The reason for the delays is their radar technology is crap and so they can only fly when there's great weather, which is unlikely in Iguazú (Argentina).
Customer service is also terrible, they take weeks to reply to your mails and when they do, it has nothing to do with what you are asking them for; they won't even give you the commercial invoice for your tickets so that you can process the complaint with your insurance broker.
