Wish I could give zero.
I feel the employees themselves don’t know what they are doing.
They are getting paid for doing nothing.
So initially I called them up to ask for extra the fight details for a specific flight on their website.
On website it said in flight detail 1pc big gage included. But i wasn’t sure if Thts checked in bag or cabin bag.
So I called n asked “does the baggage mean checked bag” the man in call said “yes its 23kg checked in bag” I further asked oh so what about cabin bag and hand bag he said n I quote “oh Thts free Thts always included in SAUDI AIRLINE”
Fine cool I go on and book the flight after booking my itinerary says “zero buggage” and I quote “while booking I rechecked flight details and it said 1pc Buggage” but after I confirm book it said 0pc. So I call up the company again n I talked to the worker WILSON he said “oh buggage meant cabin bag not checked in bag” so why tf I flippin called and got told “it’s checked in 23kg” anyways after an argument he said I can add a bag for £40 anyways as I needed 1 checked in bag I agreed and paid extra £40. I got an email of all changed everything. Now I got email while I am on the phone and this worker says can u double check your name and date of birth on the booking and send reply saying I confirm and accept. N so I did. Then this company says according to company policy can y share your card copy. Tht felt really weird and I didn’t accept at all. He said to book flights all airlines require this. I said I know tht and I’ll have a copy on the airport but anyways after some pressure and terms and conditions I ended up sending a copy and he said ty and dropped the call. After the cal ended I waited for my confirmed e-ticket for a bit but I didn’t receive it.
Then I reread my whole email (the email to which he said me just check your name and date of birth) I was reading the whole email and at the end of email it says full financial information. Where the full flight price is £1296 I paid £765 (as £720 is stated on their website and £45 for addition of checked in bag) and remaining price was £531.
Sorry! £531 a financial plan that was never discussed or agreed to. A financial plan that was never informed of. Anyways I call the company back again and firstly they were like well u wrote I accept and confirm. Ye but I was also told to check name and birthdate nothing else. On top of tht after some time I receive email where it’s asking me to pay the left over £531 and in the flight details the passenger name is completely different to my name. I am a female Muslim. And passenger name on the email send later (asking me to pay leftover amount) has a white non Muslim MAN name.
This is an absolutely trash company.
N the prices stated on their website isn’t something like sooo low that you’ll be sus. They are slightly lower only which is like not sus.
So stay away far far away from this company as much as possible.
