I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concern I recently experienced regarding ticket pricing and additional hidden charges.
I had booked a ticket through a travel agent called FlyGlobe, and while the initial ticket price appeared to be very attractive, I soon discovered that essential details regarding baggage fees were not made clear on the website. The ticket price listed by FlyGlobe was misleading, as it did not include information about baggage weight allowances. After I had already booked and paid for the ticket, I was contacted and informed that additional charges would be required for baggage, which I had not anticipated.
This lack of transparency is concerning, as it feels like the full cost of the ticket is being hidden until after the booking is complete. In my opinion, this approach of not disclosing the total cost, including baggage fees, at the start of the booking process is misleading and could be considered misinformation. I believe it would be far more customer-friendly and transparent if the total cost, including baggage fees, were provided upfront during the initial booking stage.
I hope you will take this issue seriously and consider reviewing the process to ensure that all costs are clearly communicated to customers from the beginning.

Shout out to Max @Flyglobe Ltd who dealt with my request for flights to India, he was polite and helpful in sorting out the flights and getting the best price possible.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that the original price than increased by the time the confirmed my booking.

BEWARE
I had my doubts as the prices were too good so after reading the reviews called to book the flights only to be offered different prices because the tickets I was after were not available. I had tracked these tickets for around a week so to call and be told they were not available was disappointing.
I believe that this company is a scam. Fly globe is misleading people by offering significantly cheaper prices/flights to lure you in and then once booked and paid, they ask you to call for confirmation that the booking has gone through. When you do, not surprisingly, they'll say the tickets are not available and offer you tickets prices that are more in line with going rates.
This is not good trading practice so I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Max was so helpful! Thank you!

I was really hesitant to book as I had a last minute trip to Thailand and the flights were too expensive on Skyscanner. I spoke to Max on the phone at Flyglobe who really helped me find the best price with the best airline - really put me at ease too and thankfully everything went super smoothly. Thank you so much. I will definitely book again with Max at Flyglobe. My advice would be to never book a cheap ticket online without calling first to make sure they definitely have the live ticket availability.
