Great customer service - Thanks Rob
It was a great experience working through Rob from Flyglobe to book my flights to South Africa.
I initially booked it online and reviewed a friendly call from Rob. His attention to detail made sure I didn’t overlook the fact that baggage allowance was not included on the online deal. He pointed it out to me and fixed it. I can just imagine what would’ve happened if this was the case and I tried to book in.
