We would like to point out that Flygresor.se is a free service for price comparison, in our search engine users can compare tickets from many different travel agencies. All travel agencies found on our price comparison site are major, well-known and professional companies, problems can always occur but are in most cases easily solved in contact with customer service. We understand from you review on Bravofly's trustpilot that you had problems reaching their support, and that they have received your important feedback regarding this.

Hi! We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with a travel agency that you found through our price comparison site. We are also sorry that you wanted to give us such a low rating instead of directing your feedback to the travel agency that you had a bad experience with. We would like to point out that the travel agency you later had a good experience with also is one of the agencies you can find in our search engine, along with many others. Our service is to provide tools for our users to compare flights and prices, we have no access to the booking systems of the travel agencies. All travel agencies have their own terms and conditions. Our recommendation is to read those carefully before making a booking and if a problem would occur, try to solve the problem with the travel agencies customer support.

Hej! Det är tråkigt att höra att du haft en dålig bokningsupplevelse hos en resebyrå, och även tråkigt att du kände att du vill ge vår sökmotor en negativ recension på grund av det. Som prisjämförelsesajt har vi inga möjligheter att se eller påverka bokningar hos någon av de ca trettiofem resebyråer som visas i våra sökresultat. Det kan uppstå problem kring bokningar hos alla resebolag, men i de allra flesta fall löser sig ärendena i kommunikation med resebolagets support. Vi beklagar verkligen att det inte tycks ha löst sig på ett smidigt sätt i detta fall. Tekniska problem i resebyråernas bokingssystem är ovanliga, men kan inträffa. Vi kan se här att du även recenserat den aktuella resebyrån, och att de bett dig om bokningsuppgifter för att kunna se vad som gått fel i din bokning. Om du kontaktar resebyrån bör de kunna svara dig på vad som hände.
