Just starting to use FlyingPress but so far support has been great and after initial setup works like a charm - so far the best caching plugin I've used, especially for WooCommerce.

I've had a pleasure of reaching out to support twice and once they took the extra effort to analyze my staging site and confirm the plugin conflict, the other time they quickly provided me with with a solution to slightly alter the default functionality not suitable for my setup.

I'd highly recommend FlyingPress and their team.

I’ve been using FlyingPress for several months now, and it has completely transformed the performance of my WordPress website (I was using another solution before, I changed because of the increasing price and the lack of efficiency). The setup is straightforward, the interface is clean, and the explanations for each feature are clear even for non-developers.

Company removed our license key illegally .

Please read below for what happened to our website .
I am writing this as the company that made the payment for the license.

To anyone thinking about using Flyingpress , please know that company removed illegally our license key . They told us the reason is 1.Trustpilot review , 2.abuse of CS (3 weeks after opening the ticket CS did not fix the issue and they considered that we abused them because we dared to ask daily updates)

In USA and EU , consumer have legal rights . We are contacting Paypal to ask for an investigation into this company.

Update. Gijo even if we used license 11 out of the 12 months that does not give you the right to pocket our money while being the judge and the jury.Y We already opened an inquiry with the consumer bureau in EU and will contact PayPal to which you are clearly breaching the terms of agreement. You are bound by the terms of visa, mc and the rights of consumers in eu. Stay tuned. The terms of flyingpress do not superseded visa/m and PayPal tos as you are about to find out.
As for opening fake accounts, you are simply lying and trying to cover your tracks.
As for defaming, as customers of flyingpress of a few years, we are simply pointing to the fact that V5 is very buggy and does not work properly for a lot of people. That's not defaming, it's a fact.

To everyone else, take a look at the negative reviews. They mostly happened in the last 2-3 months after V5 was released. It's buggy!

I had issue with V5 for over 3 weeks . In the past 2 weeks customer service has been working on my website without a solution . P.(from customer service) is now ignoring our problems and he is not replying to any query .
I also posted on Facebook group (with our website URL) but the admin G.V is removing our posts since they show how bad V5 really is , along with non existent customer support .

Stay away from Flyingpress V5!!!

UPDATE: Flyingpress contacted me saying that since I have made misleading reviews (this one) and been abusing CS (basically I asked them for updates) they canceled my subscription without refunding my payment. This is after 3 weeks with an opened ticket.. Ask yourself, do you want to do business with this type of company ??

Update : Flyingpress removed our license key (that we paid for) and they kept the money . We contacted our credit card provider to oppose payment .
We also files a complaint in EU against Gijo Varghese and Flyingpress and we are trying to contact the card processor of the company for breach of contract as per EU law. For anyone that has an issue with Flyingpress in EU and USA , you can complain at econsumer.gov along with the name of the founder and website .

FlyingPress has been a fantastic addition to our WordPress toolkit. It’s easy to set up and delivers great speed improvements for our sites. Gijo and the support team have always been responsive and helpful with any issues. I highly recommended for anyone serious about site performance.

The service took a little time, but I appreciated the follow-up from their side.

After activating FlyingPress, I immediately noticed a significant difference. The results from GTMetrix and Google PageSpeed Insights showed a clear improvement in scores and a drastic reduction in loading times. For example, on one of my websites, the mobile score increased from 90 to 99, and the Speed Index loading time dropped from 4.0 seconds to 1.8 seconds. On desktop, the score reached 100, with the Speed Index loading time at just 1 second.

This is by far the best Caching solution around.
Combine this with their amazing CDN and awesome support and you have a winner.
We have a e-commerce site, which I would say is far from perfect and we easily hit 100% rating on GtMetrix and almost 100 on Google PageSpeed.
You just can't miss with FlyingPress.
