Horrific customer service!

I’ve had an absolutely horrific experience with this outfit. Pre-Coronavirus, you were able to speak to an agent on the phone but it appears that they’ve closed their call centres down so you can really get to the bottom on of anything. Even a response from support takes Weeks! I’ve paid a deposit but received no confirmation of booking, no airline ticket or even a refund of my deposit and I’m due to “fly” in three days. I understand this is a difficult time but the customer service has been so poor it’s inexcusable! Customers feel like they’ve been hung out to dry! I thought this would be a great service to use but I will not be purchasing airline tickets through flymble again.

They are the absolute worst

They are the absolute worst. They don’t answer phone calls and they don’t want to refund even though the airline cancelled and sent the money back to them

Great concept poor execution

I find it funny that they want you to rate them before they even confirmed booking. They want you to pay upfront, they send you an email as if you're booked and ask you to rate them. Then, when you think you're set and just waiting for your ticket, they tell you that they couldn't book. And so I have to search for a new price which all prices went up and I have to pay the difference! Now I'm frantically trying to find the cheapest flights and even then not sure if it will even be booked in time! It's not as simple as they claim for it to be.

BUMPED IT DOWN TO 2 STARS. FOR SOME REASON THEY COULDN'T BOOK MY FLIGHTS AFTER GIVING THEM ALTERNATE DAYS AND ROUTES. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO SEARCH FOR THEM AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR THE FLIGHTS AND IT SHOULDN'T BE THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM THAT YOU DIDN'T BOOK IN TIME OR THE PRICES WENT UP! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS NOW CAN'T LEAVE IN MARCH AS PLANNED.

GOT REFUNDED SMOOTHLY. STILL STAND BY MY REVIEW.

This occurs when airlines don't update their pricing often enough, hence it is still shown on our website. In this case we can book an alternative flight if available, or provide a full refund. In your case, we have now refunded the full amount and it will arrive on your bank account within 5 working days.

Great experience with Flymble!

I just booked my flight to New York City with Flymble and I had a great experience. The website is super easy to use and I loved the customer support! Would totally recommend it and do it again!! Without Flymble this trip would not have been possible, so thank you guys!

They charge more for flights

They charge more for flights, then you can get when booking another flight-example flying from London to Johannesburg on Air Kenya they charge 137 pounds more than booking directly with the airline-checked in baggages comes at an exorbitant price-anything from 150 400 pounds more-Pay attention
