Horrible

Seriously dishonest website when it comes to shipping and processing. Placed an order 7 days ago on a Monday and haven’t gotten any updates or notification. Website says 2-day processing time. I emailed customer service 4 days ago and crickets- no response from their end at all. Beautiful clothes but I refuse to be a customer again after this situation gets fixed and I figure what the heck is going on with my order so they can cancel it (IF THEY EVER RESPOND TO ME).

Product did not match what was pictured…

Product did not match what was pictured on the website. When I asked for a refund, they refused. While it was final sale, and I knew I could not return it for fit reasons or if I disliked it, I felt that it is consumer fraud to sell something that does not appear in person as it does on the website, and then refuse to allow the customer to return it.
