Easy to book, easy to cancel.
They always replied at the phone (but it has a cost) and for emails too but in 2/3 working days. All good but they changed my flight choosing a 25 days date before because it was the last flight for that route.
I was shocked and disappointed about this.
They also refunded me with an amount different because of the exchange of currency that at the end did not fit with my original payment (already paid with the currency exchange, so it was doubled).
I personally would not buy from them again.

I purchased a ticket, using my US credit card and US cell phone. When I wanted to change the flight it was impossible. I tried online which was impossible. I then sent an e-mail and called - no response - tried many times. I eventually chatted and the rep said we don't to business with many with passengers from may foreign countries. Please state on your website which countries you do business with - and why did you accept the initial payment if the US was not one of the approved countries.....
F-. Rescheduled flight to 22 hours later and refused compensation because it was a “minor delay”. It’s a full day, rendering the flight useless to me; it’s not a minor delay.
Not possible to check inn 44min before flight. (EVEN WITHOUT CHECKING INN BAGGAGE) Their system closes, so its not possible to be a little generous. Do not use this airliner. Rubbish customer service. They do not care.
Flyr lost one of our bags in transit, and we still haven’t gotten it back. They have no people based at the airport we flew into, and bad relations with the airport and other airlines there. It’s been 5 days so far. No bag. No customer service. We won’t fly with them again.
Travel with Flyr is best experience for me, had I bad time and had long queue in tromsø luthavn to check-in that I never seen like this before, I had only 10 minutes to go to gate before closed but unfortunately I couldn’t manage the time to get there until the gates was closed but I tried to ask the staff if I can still to go in, she call the pilot to wait a minute for me, I thought it was impossible for me to get in flight but luckily I can go into the plane , thanks flyr it pleasure to prioritizing passengers due to unexpected conditions and I had good service and free drinks. Also good price for 18-29 yo has special discount!
It's hard to get in touch with them if you have a problem, they don't even have a phone number and they seldom answer to messages \ chats.
For the rest, so far so good.
Perfect airline all flights on time and very good and clean aircraft and the best crew on the planet I wish flyr very good luck in the future 💙🤩✈️
