Rebooking due to cancellation
My connection flight was cancelled and in my case I’m happy, that the flysmarter support team did a very good job rebooking everything quickly.
Sometimes I’m skeptical when service is only available via email. Therefore I’m positively surprised, that communication went very well and the support team replied to my emails within a short period of time.

Everything worked perfectly
Everything worked perfectly. For my company I needed a proper invoice (I only got first an email stating costs). After asking, I got in 5 minutes a proper invoice which can be accepted by our accounting. Good and fast service
Double thums up
Double thums up! 1. the "normal" booking way was very easy and caused no trouble. 2. Then we had trouble (because the traveller got sick and couldn't start the flight to America) and Flysmarter was very smart concerning refunding the tax. Within 2 days we received the money. Very quick and very un-problematic.
Invoice request
One month after my flight, I needed an invoice. I e-mailed the support of flysmarter and received the invoice in less than 10 minutes.
Helpful support staff
My flight had to be rebooked because of a change that came in from the airline, and I could not be more satisfied with how quickly and easily this was resolved by FlySmarter's customer support.
The first flights they suggested had a short layover, and the customer support team immediately found me new flights that had a longer one when I made this request.

I have to say that I am very satisfied with the FlySmarter support system. Lufthansa canceled my connecting flight within Germany and was unable to help me to get a suitable substitute flight. Instead I was booked on the DB giving me just one hour to get my connecting flight to Greece. Seeing how unreliable DB is Fly Smarter booked me on a earlier flight. The whole procedure took 3 emails.
