We have booked flights to Prague via Frankfurt.
When times changed due to corona, Flysmart's support team was quick to find new times, which in practice even suited us much better. Throughout the process, Flysmarter's team has been very professional and responded immediately.
We therefore give this company our best recommendations, and will definitely use them again.

I want to give customer service 5 stars for fast response and nice service. Even the contact with service office is only by e-mail, they answer your request fast. The company gives good prices and suitable flights. I recommend everyone to use Flysmarter :)

A round trip ticket priced 2000 DKK or 270 EURO bought trough Flysmarter. I wanted to change one of the departure dates, and they said "Sure, it will cost you 4000 DKK or 540 EURO".
So 270 EURO ticket now cost 810 EURO.

Garbage company, don't use it...

I had to cancel my tickets. When i found the right mail to write to, they where very quick and accommodating in their responses.
They took 400 dkr per ticket, which is a bit expensive, but I am overall very pleased with the experience.

I had to change my flights several times. Very quick response, and easy to get it done. Excellent service!

I booked a Week for 2 in Madrid. 2 weeks later I discovered I booked a wrong week! I had no insurence for reebooking, but they found en similar departure 2 weeks later. For a LOW reasenable cost in 24 Hours!

I had a god experience with Flysmarter, after I by mistake got some wrong tickets. This is normally a nightmare, because you have allready paid for the wrong tickets. The staff was very helpfull and changed the tickets and made sure that I got the new and correct tickets.

We have had to change our flights in September - quick and helpful service. We changed our flights to April and KLM changed our booking we demanded therefore for a refund- we got the refund within a few days. They have answered our mail within the hour every time we have had questions.

For the second time I have to postpone my flight Norway to USA. I'm stunned how quick Flysmarter handeled my case. First time, during the first stages of covid, they answered my mails within hours. This time within minutes!
This contrary to Lufthansa which still haven't answered any of my mails regarding an upgrade on the very same flight...

when asking to get reimbursed, they send you an automatic email you have to reply to, in order to confirm you want reimbursement, and within 10 sec an automatic email saying they have too many issues to proceed quickly to anything. And when you call, they refuse to take care of you, saying they only proceed to reimbursement over email exchange. Pretty much a scam.

My flight got cancelled due to Corona. Okay.

Flysmarter still charges me DKK 395 / person. NOT OKAY!!

DO NOT USE Flysmarter, i requested they change my tickets, instead they went home for the day and were uncontactable, leaving no tlf number to contact in emergencies. i lost all my money and had no tickets. really bad service.

Flysmarter has offered me very fine service, for about € 30,- by rescheduling my booking at KLM. Thanks Flysmarter! Read here below how my experience with Flysmarter started.
Flysmarter makes me angry and frustrated at the moment that I need them to be understanding that I cannot travel because of the corona restrictions. They deny to rebook my flight, they point at the airline, KLM. And the airline, KLM tells me to contact Flysmarter - and Flysmarter tells me to contact..... and so on. End of story; money lost. Flysmarter should understand that this behaviour makes people stop buying tickets, and that is the end of KLM and them selves. Please Dutch gouvernement, NO money to KLM, as long as they dig their own grave, and choose to collaborate with Flysmarter
