I have a holiday booked to Malta

I have a holiday booked to Malta, was supposed to go last year, rebooked for this July. Couldn't get hold of Dona for a couple of weeks but have now had a response. Yes flytrip are now under Perfect Holidays. I called and a lovely lady helped me, she made sure Dona e-mailed me and helped me sort out my worry for my up coming holiday.
As long as Malta goes on the green list then it's all systems go!!

Think this Co no longer exists

Think this Co no longer exists. They owe myself and it seems like hundreds of others refunds for holidays cancelled. I was last in contact with them 2 weeks ago. A little heads up peeps. Co is also trading under PH Travel who are still trading. Same address different number!

We had a holiday booked last July 2020…

We had a holiday booked last July 2020 had our flight money back, but still no reply about our refund for our hotel and transfer. Was told were on a waiting list witch is absolutely discusting and we're still waiting . DO NOT book a holiday with this company.

If I could leave a no star review I…

If I could leave a no star review I would. What an absolute disgrace of a 'company' this is. And believe me I won't stop until I get bailiffs sent through your doors flytrip travel.
Well as you can see from the other reviews I have been through the same, I have been ignored for 6 months now when they owe me money.
AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Bad experience....don't book.....

First of all, I think lots of fake/paid reviews on here....
So booked holiday pre covid to disney Paris. was told all holiday included flights, transfers, hotel. Very happy at this time.

Month on after paying deposit was looking at details no transfers. Phoned to be told didn't include them so more money added to trip. So still happy going, paid balance then covid struck. Had email Easyjet cancelled our flights, they couldn't find me another flight but told me if I found another flight all would carry on and I'd get my flights refunded, so I booked another flight off own back.

Covid got worse everyone in lock down so we couldn't go this was aug 20. Informed fly trip travel who said would offer voucher or refund. I asked for refund. Each month I chased and chased. I paid out £778 and they tried to refund me £314!!!. Didnt except this...they kept asking for my bank details to refund but I said no as if I did that would be it. As was package deal I asked for a breakdown of holiday which they wouldn't do. They then offered me refund of £486, still not full amount so declined. Then had email saying they had refunded me the amount on card I originally paid on, I asked why they still had my card details on file........I didn't authorise this.

Was told they couldn't get all my money back but i was refunded every penny they had back. Through all this promises of calls back, when I phoned them I would get hung up on. Was told lies all the way through, emails not replied until I pushed them in to legal action. So now end of march still short of £292 with lots of emails back and forth was told they couldn't get refund back from disney tickets even though in plenty of time they could of cancelled them as id notified them. Looks like they disney tickets they brought from bedsonline who are a travel agents portal so I can't talk to them directly about getting this back either.

Been trying to get the rest of my money back still as all the way I was treated was not professional and not polite. To this day still fighting as why can't I get refund if I couldn't go and have unused tickets..

Avoid this company

We was focus into booking a holiday and we cancelled it many times they even tried to swap the holiday and we said no now they won't give us our refund as everything was closed anyways they are a joke of a company they are in the wrong but don't want to own up to it ill be seeking legal advice

AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE LIARS

We booked a holiday about a year ago which was for Cyprus in March through Dona. But as the COVID-19 cases started ramping up, Cyprus started closing their borders and were not letting people into the country. As a result of this our flights and hotels were cancelled, so there was physically no way we could of gone to our getaway as the flights were terminated. Because of this, Dona told us that we will be entitled to a refund or that we could reschedule the holiday with them. Because we wanted our money we decided to ask for the refund which we were told would take 90 business days, we were told this in MARCH. IT'S 3 DAYS BEFORE DECEMBER NOW. it's been 8 solid months and whenever I emailed them for my refund they kept saying the same thing again and again and told us to be patient but they were just lying to us the whole time and for that we are going to report them and if you've been affected by them in the same way I suggest you do the same. If you're thinking about booking with them DON'T. I see they have clearly paid a lot of people into giving them positive reviews on this site.

My experience with this company is… a joke and a disaster

My experience with this company is terrible extremely terrible worse than that actually.
They are a joke , they have changed my holiday 3 times now and charged my card with out my knowledge.
When i spoke to Bernard he was extremely cheaky , talked over me , shouted at me called me a lier and tried to charge me again for my hotel in witch i had to argue again that i had all ready paid , then come back to say after 20mins of checks oh no you dont have pay it was the computers fault it didn't tell him that i had paid . He would not take responsibility or apologise for his actions. Evertthing was someone else's fault . He told me if i was talking so much out of my big irish mouth so he could talk . Then i just had enough of his cheak i asked to be put thru to magement , he said quote " oh no you dont get to talk to my manager its only me and it only will be me you get to talk to you and your big mouth ". Now ive tried to call back 15 times and every time its him were he has diverted my calls to him only. So i called from my partners phone and ive got thru to someone else , tho then they say 1 minute and pass me through to Bernard every time werw he has left a note . So the hole company is currupt and doing things illegal and take my advice never use this terrible and joke of a company. They are a disaster and a joke

If i could give 0 stars

If i could give 0 stars , I would ... I called to get a refund in July and all the way to September I still have not recieved my money and I have to chase everyone up , they don't call back and they don't reply to emails , anytime i call to speak to Dona or Rampsey (the ones in charge of my case) they are never in and never available and they seem to have no managers to complain to either. Horrible costumer service and not reliable at all

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service, I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone called Dona, she did everything to get me a great deal on the holiday i wanted and her manners were exceptional. I should have invited her on the holiday now i think of it.... :P

I booked a holiday with Nathan on Fly…

I booked a holiday with Nathan on Fly trip travel, and was extrememly helpful and made sure he gave us the deal he promised, he was very polite and patient with ensuring that we get the best deal for our budget, i would reccomend anybody who wants to book an holiday through fly trip travel to sak for Nathan who will make sure he will find you the best deal, we are very greateful.
