Ramsay never trust this guy e sends u confermation to turkey 4 ☆ and wen u get there puts u in a 3☆ then wen u try and complain while ur on holiday keeps putting the phone down I have all the detailsb

Plz dont trust this person ramsay or the manager they left me in TURKEY AND WEN I PHONE E KEEPS PUTTING THE PHONE DOWN I HAVE ALL THE EVIDANCE SO WEN I FINALLY GET BCK I WILL B TAKING THIS FURTHER THEY DONT CARE ABOUT U JUST UR MONEY BOOKED 4 ☆AND THEY STICK U IN A 3☆ tht a hostel looks better

Nathan @ Fly Trip brilliant customer service and looked for the best deals for my last minute holiday to corfu even had extra day and a half for the price of 7 nights.
Could'nt do enough to help.

(EXCELLENT SERVICE) It is refreshing to find a company that does exactly what they say they will. No hidden fees, no sketchy sales tactics. I contacted Fly Trip Travel after my friend told us about their most recent vacation with Fly Trip Travel. When I contacted Fly Trip Travel the sales representative gave us all the information that we would need and explained to us exactly how the program worked. I have dealt with many companies in the past who lie and cheat to make sales. this honesty proves to me that we are in good hands.

Excellent service by Flytriptravel & Staff.They helped me to switch my holiday tonext year within 15 minutes when i called.I highly recommend this company & i will book again with them.Please dont go by bad reviews.

Very bad.. would NOT recommend.. stay away from Fly Trip Travel.

Very bad!would not recommend Fly Trip Travel.. constant ring for extra money and to be highly rated on Trustpilot. Ringing me at stupid o'clock for a good review and more month for the holiday I booked. Since leaving this review i have had a call (well 2 missed calls) off Fly Trip Travel and when iv ring them back the worker wanted to know y I left a bad and when I explaned he started raising his voice and wouldnt let me speak. Very rude and disrespectful.

As we can see you're unable to clear the balance amount for your personal reason & you want to cancel this holiday. You have paid a very low deposit £25 pp *4 Passengers = £100 , Where in you total holiday cost is £476 , So in this case our company is bearing £376 Loss on your booking. We cannot refund your deposit amount £100 as its been forfeited now & by posting negative review you're now threatening us.

we appreciate if you review us again as you know its not a genuine experience.
