Booked a break with Ramsey for my partners birthday (Good deal I checked the hotel on trip advisor) before we went as it was shut.. called up to re book into another hotel, arranged flowers & champagne to be in room on arrival. On arrival no flowers or champagne... do not waste your time or money with these people

I came across our first family holiday to Greece on Facebook and i got in contact with a lovely women called Dona she was so helpful from day 1 i was able to pay my holiday off weekly with easy online payment links, once all was paid i received the full conformation withing 20mins threw my email everything was so swift i highly rate this company and i will defo book my next family holiday threw the same company 5*s :D

As the airline are stopping flights from Newcastle Fly Trip Travel were soon in contact to arrange a new holiday. They found a great looking hotel and new flights within 45 minutes. Had to cancel a booked holiday to Paris in September due to Covid 19 restrictions, but after a while trying to get the holiday cancelled with Flytrip travel, after a month of being messed round we finally managed to get it all sorted with the help of Syd...he was great, in the end helping us to switch our holiday to March 2021...so thank you very much Syd and Flytrip Travel

This is the 4th holiday I have booked and never been disappointed, very efficient, reasonable prices and so helpful. We had to amend a booking (due to COVID-19) the agent Dona was absolutely brilliant and sorted everything for us, I would highly recommend booking with this company
