I liked the flower arrangements and…

I liked the flower arrangements and decorations cause they made as shown in the pictures nothing up or down. About the deliveries yes sometimes bit late but somehow they manage to do it the same day as mentioned even if late at night. The plants are too good cause they never die unlike of ugaoo or other plants shop, that's why I buy from here even if it is costlier or smaller in size atleast they survive and have good longevity.

Local Quality, ruined my Gift

I ordered a custom gift for a friend's wedding. While it was delivered on time, the packaging box was very poor. Looked local, without any logo and no proper padding inside.
Literally looked so cheap, I was embarrassed to gift it as it felt like I bought it from a street shop.
No brand appeal and it was so bad

Rubbish service - Do not use unless you have spare money to throw away

Order delivered incomplete and damaged. Upon complaining they sent a replacement package which was still missing the item and two other items design completely changed. When asked to have it returned since it’s not as promised they don’t want to refund and not even sticking to their own promise of partial refund also. I’ve used this company for years but haven’t seen this rubbish service and rude behaviour ever before. Will never use it again even if it means I have to waste my subscription which I just renewed.
For FNP - for these items either you send as promised or be ethical enough to take it back when you don’t deliver what you committed.

I had an extremely disappointing…

I had an extremely disappointing experience with (FnP) across Thane/Vashi.

I placed an order three days in advance, expecting a smooth and timely delivery. However, on the actual delivery date-after the committed delivery time had already passed-I was informed that the ordered items were not available. This kind of last-minute update is completely unacceptable, especially when customers rely on such services for important occasions.

What’s even more frustrating is that this doesn’t seem like a one-off issue. Most of the times I’ve placed an order, their customer service reaches out saying that the same or similar item isn’t available. This raises a basic question-why isn’t the availability updated on the platform in the first place? It only ends up misleading customers and wasting their time.

To make matters worse, despite the inconvenience caused due to their mistake, there was no effort to offer any compensation, alternative solution, or even a goodwill gesture. I was simply left with no option but to cancel the order and request a refund.

This reflects very poorly on their service quality and customer handling, at least in Thane. For anyone looking for reliable delivery services, I would highly recommend considering IGP or Interflora instead.

Terrible terrible company, do no order from them.

Terrible terrible company. I ordered flowers and Jwellery for my wife. First they did not deliver it on the same day. They said they will next day. I said ok. Next they said the Jwellery is not available can we send chocolates instead? How can you replace Jwellery with chocolates? Then they are saying we send Jwellery separately and flowers separately after 2/3 days. What a terrible experience and waste of
Time.

I ordered a cake from FNP and their delivery time is 06 am to 10 pm which means they deliver after 8 pm only. They should not provide this long time slot i ordered 10 am and after 6 hours still in processing. No feedback and no update to customer . Even they can't contact to delivery partner or shop who is doing the delivery atleast get some information . Very bad service. Better get direct contact of local vendor

I have not been so disappointed by any…

I have not been so disappointed by any service provider and they are supposed to sell feeling and on time. The delivery agent never showed up, the contact no for the agent was temporarily disconnected, there is no helpline for fnp and no email id on which you can write. So basically you are screwed up if you have placed an order on an unfortunate day with them. There are many more options available from which you can order dont ever try fnp. They will deliver after the event when no one will be there to receive the order

they cancelled my order for V day even…

they cancelled my order for V day even though it was placed 10 days prior to my order. They got overwhelmed probably by the orders and decided to cancel the order of the person that was outside the country even though i ordered with them 2 times before while outside. in addition the order was paid already, so they have zero excuse to cancel it beside them being unreliable!

cake delivered with completely different design

Ordered a vanilla cheese cake to be delivered to my son for his birthday. The cake that was delivered was completely different from what was indicated. It was not a minor change in the design but a completely different design that was delivered. FnP did not take accountability for this and Bupendra Yadav from support continued to just point to their text which says there can be small changes. The funny part was that they were willing to offer 20% discount coupon for the next purchase on fnp. This means that they are trying to use their mistakes to only increase their business and not support the customer in any way. This is the last I will order from fnp

Worst experience for the 2nd time

Worst experience for the 2nd time, i had given an order for a customized product for an special occasion, selected the same day delivery and even paid for the delivery charges so that i can get it on time.
delivery time was from 9am to 9pm its been 24 hours i only have to follow up for my parcel, the customer care only says we have raised a complaint you need to wait for more 48 hours
just want to know if a customer has to wait for then dont charge delivery charges where you cannot delivery it on time
last time have used this site for ordering , going forward would not order from them nor suggest anyone

The worst ever experience with fnp.

The worst ever experience with fnp.i ordered 3 products for my husbands birthday.Firstly,I have ordered table clock, and after ordering it for the same day delivery they are saying that its not available for today then i waited for tommorow for its availability because they gave me surity for tommorow,then tommorow also they said its not available then i have to compromised with least likeable another product..because they have nothing available in their shop.Secondly,i ordered magic mug which was not yet delivered and after calling and chatting for several times the reason i got to know is due to unavailable courier facility at your address.At the end moment they are saying that they dont deliver this product also.Then why they have even accepted my order for my pin code if its not serviceable there?
And now i am asking for full refund so they are giving partial refund only.what a third class service..i will never ever order and recommend anyone to order from fnp.they dont know the value of your emotions attached with products.

Customer service is pathetic they never call you back.Overall experience is very very disappointing.

Flower bouquet

The selection of flowers was good. But the presentation and arrangement of the bouquet was very poor!! For what I paid, the end result was way below expectations!! Very disappointed!!

The picture of the flower bouquet was misleading and not at all like the actual bouquet that was delivered. The flowers seemed to have just been dumped into the bowl with a ribbon, with no proper, aesthetic arrangement.

Moreover, the flowers are not as fresh as expected, since they're already wilting, and it's the second day today!!

I would not recommend FnP to anyone going by the above bad experience.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Ferns N Petals. My order was never properly delivered, and despite making several repeated requests for redelivery, the company completely failed to take responsibility or resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they also refused to process a refund for an order that I never received.

I contacted customer support multiple times expecting basic assistance, but the responses were either unhelpful or completely dismissive. There was no real attempt to fix the problem, no accountability, and no concern for customer satisfaction.

It is unacceptable for a company to take payment, fail to deliver the service, and then ignore repeated requests for a solution. This experience shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Ferns N Petals. Based on my experience, they cannot be trusted to deliver orders reliably or handle customer complaints responsibly.
