they cancelled my order for V day even…

they cancelled my order for V day even though it was placed 10 days prior to my order. They got overwhelmed probably by the orders and decided to cancel the order of the person that was outside the country even though i ordered with them 2 times before while outside. in addition the order was paid already, so they have zero excuse to cancel it beside them being unreliable!

cake delivered with completely different design

Ordered a vanilla cheese cake to be delivered to my son for his birthday. The cake that was delivered was completely different from what was indicated. It was not a minor change in the design but a completely different design that was delivered. FnP did not take accountability for this and Bupendra Yadav from support continued to just point to their text which says there can be small changes. The funny part was that they were willing to offer 20% discount coupon for the next purchase on fnp. This means that they are trying to use their mistakes to only increase their business and not support the customer in any way. This is the last I will order from fnp

The worst customer service and they don't even give you the delivery guy num to get the order. They promise they will deliver but they don't . All they do is give you fake promises. A spl day has been ruined. And up on it lots of stress from the customer care

Worst experience for the 2nd time

Worst experience for the 2nd time, i had given an order for a customized product for an special occasion, selected the same day delivery and even paid for the delivery charges so that i can get it on time.
delivery time was from 9am to 9pm its been 24 hours i only have to follow up for my parcel, the customer care only says we have raised a complaint you need to wait for more 48 hours
just want to know if a customer has to wait for then dont charge delivery charges where you cannot delivery it on time
last time have used this site for ordering , going forward would not order from them nor suggest anyone

The worst ever experience with fnp.

The worst ever experience with fnp.i ordered 3 products for my husbands birthday.Firstly,I have ordered table clock, and after ordering it for the same day delivery they are saying that its not available for today then i waited for tommorow for its availability because they gave me surity for tommorow,then tommorow also they said its not available then i have to compromised with least likeable another product..because they have nothing available in their shop.Secondly,i ordered magic mug which was not yet delivered and after calling and chatting for several times the reason i got to know is due to unavailable courier facility at your address.At the end moment they are saying that they dont deliver this product also.Then why they have even accepted my order for my pin code if its not serviceable there?
And now i am asking for full refund so they are giving partial refund only.what a third class service..i will never ever order and recommend anyone to order from fnp.they dont know the value of your emotions attached with products.

Customer service is pathetic they never call you back.Overall experience is very very disappointing.

Flower bouquet

The selection of flowers was good. But the presentation and arrangement of the bouquet was very poor!! For what I paid, the end result was way below expectations!! Very disappointed!!

The picture of the flower bouquet was misleading and not at all like the actual bouquet that was delivered. The flowers seemed to have just been dumped into the bowl with a ribbon, with no proper, aesthetic arrangement.

Moreover, the flowers are not as fresh as expected, since they're already wilting, and it's the second day today!!

I would not recommend FnP to anyone going by the above bad experience.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Ferns N Petals. My order was never properly delivered, and despite making several repeated requests for redelivery, the company completely failed to take responsibility or resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they also refused to process a refund for an order that I never received.

I contacted customer support multiple times expecting basic assistance, but the responses were either unhelpful or completely dismissive. There was no real attempt to fix the problem, no accountability, and no concern for customer satisfaction.

It is unacceptable for a company to take payment, fail to deliver the service, and then ignore repeated requests for a solution. This experience shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Ferns N Petals. Based on my experience, they cannot be trusted to deliver orders reliably or handle customer complaints responsibly.

Worst taste for cakes and no on time delivery

I received the order the next day at 9pm in night which is the worst delivery service. The cake was also tasteless and ewwwwww puke. The quality of the cake was cheap. I will never order from FNP in future ever.

Pathetic Service

Very disappointing experience with Ferns N Petals (FnP India).

The real issue here is not just the order but the extremely poor customer service experience. The chat support team does not seem to properly understand the customer's problem and responds in a very casual and dismissive manner.

When customers place orders, especially for special occasions, they expect responsible handling and proper support if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, the support experience here felt careless and unhelpful.

Absolutely appalling - inferior products and false advertising

An absolutely disappointing experience. It is daylight robbery. Promising one thing on the website and delivery is of another thing. They are fooling customers and taking their hard earned money and spoiling the gifting experience. The flowers ordered were wilted and not fresh similarly with the cake, the cake was not fresh and was different from what was shown on the website.
The Customer Service was very bad. Did not want to know the problem or try to resolve the issue. Refused to give a refund instead gave me a coupon code valid for 3 months to use for future purchases. Why would I want to purchase anything in future from Ferns and Petals when they are fooling customers and providing inferior products. I have no intention of wasting my money with this company.

Absolutely pathetic and shameless behaviour from this company FnP. I would urge everyone not to spoil their special occasions by trusting on this useless company. It has happened to me not once, twice but thrice this time. They don’t value the trust customers place on them for their special occasions. From poor product quality, to missed delivery to absolutely zero response and only bots replying to your concerns, this company is going to doom soon. I am surely never gonna order from them again, and request others as well and definitely going to report them in consumer cell. I ordered a gift for my mom on mothers day which was yesterday and despite clearly claiming same day delivery, they have not yet delivered it. On raising a complaint, they have ruthlessly claimed that the order was dispatched via 3rd party courier company over which they have no control. I mean then why you giving same day delivery option in the 1st place if you can’t fulfill it? Shameless, absolutely pathetic service and products quality. Boycott this company at all costs!

Absolutely the worst place to order from if timing matters even a little bit.
I ordered flowers online for a sick friend and repeatedly requested express delivery before 10:00 AM because I had to leave by then. I didn’t just mention it once — I contacted their chat support four separate times, explaining the urgency and asking if it could be delivered earlier.
Each time I was told the request had been “forwarded to the associates.” That phrase, apparently, means absolutely nothing.
By 10:30 AM there was still no delivery. When I contacted yet another agent, I was casually told that the delivery window is 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM — information that would have been useful before I spent my morning chasing them on chat.
In the end, I had to leave without the flowers, completely defeating the purpose of the order. The flowers were eventually delivered at 12:53 PM, long after they were needed.
If a company cannot handle something as simple as communicating realistic delivery expectations, they shouldn’t be selling “express” services in the first place.
Terrible communication. Zero accountability. A complete waste of time.
Needless to say, I will never order from them again

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I had ordered flowers and the gift for today. The flowers were delivered today at 8:36pm.and the condition of.some of the flowers were pathetic. The gift was not delivered today. I had ordered these for Women's day and the entire surprise was ruined by them. Spoke to the escalation team and they were very casual about this and tried to brush this aside by offering me 20% coupon for the flowers. It was ridiculous.
