Poor services they are fraud also…

Poor services they are fraud also reaching to costumer support is so annoying and slow I ordered cake and orchid pack they delivered flowers only at the same time cake is not delivered he left flowers at door step without asking otp and leave I’m trying to calling and connect with them 2 to 3 hours still they don't have proper solution about the concern also delivery partners number was wrong so can’t even connect with him. Please don’t buy anything from fnp also don’t pay in advance they are fraud I have all proof against them…

Their customer's support is shit pathetic and their services too, they dont even deserve to have a single star. THEY CAN RUIN YOUR SPECIAL DAY

Their customer's support is pathetic,and never trust them plz, cz whenever you will order something for the special day , so they can just ruin your day, and also if you complain to them, they will just try to close the tickets overall by saying lies like they just refunded or they will deliver a cadbury celeb with a apology letter and things like that when they close it, then they dont give a shit,

Dont be cheap for just buying from here, you can just go outdoor, there are plenty of good, trusted,reputable bakery shops so find it, and I Will AGAIN SAY NEVER RUIN THAT SPECIAL DAY FOR WHICH YOU ARE ORDERING, BECAUSE MEMORY MATTERS MORE THAN PRICE, IF YOU RUINED YOURSELF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO RESOLVE it, and refund it

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Booked a delivery for 8am-6pm, no contact from this company between this time. I told them to leave at security due to leaving for work at 7pm.

The driver tried to deliver at 8pm and did not leave at security.

I have tried to contact FNP by Facebook Messenger, 2x WhatsApp Numbers and 2x email address with no response.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Hopeless, contactless, worthless

Dear FnP,

My order (Ref Order No: 7016975101) is supposed to be delivered today 14FEB26. It's my parents' wedding anniversary. I placed my order yesterday online from the Netherlands. I got an email from FnP today 14FEB26 that it cannot be delivered on time for some reason and it will delivered the next day

NOW THE ORDER IS ON HOLD - when will you deliver my order?

Very disappointing - no proper response from your side via chat and no proper phone to connect with FnP. Only my MONEY is GONE

Update- Now you say Product not available and replacing it with something that I dint not order. What a great shit show.

Better not to choose this company. Such a waste of time and money.

Fake Delivery Attempt & Terrible Service

Absolutely horrible experience with Ferns N Petals.

They marked my order as “attempted delivery”, but no one came to my house and I never received a call. Not even a missed call. No doorbell, no message, nothing. Just a false update to make it look like they did their job.

What makes it even worse is that their customer service is completely unreachable. I tried contacting them multiple times and got nowhere — no proper response, no support, no accountability. It feels like once they take your money, they simply don’t care.

This ruined the whole purpose and caused nothing but frustration. Their delivery tracking is misleading, and their service is unreliable and dishonest.

If you value your money and time, avoid Ferns N Petals. I will never order from them again.

This has been such a rubbish service Stay away don use.

This has been such a rubbish service. To start with i made a payment which has not shown on their side and after emailing them they said i need to make the payment again as it’s not shown. I made the payment and ordered thinking they would resolve my issue but had no response. Fast forward today I ordered some flowers and a gift for my Gf for valentines and waited the whole day for it to come but now I received an email saying they cannot deliver it today. What a piece of crap this company is. I am attaching the screenshot of the first payment made. Dishonest practices and poor quality practices. Zero Integrity

You will not be able to review a product that you just purchased. There is absolutely no easy way to do this. I even tried chatting with them to leave a review but with no luck.
But you will find amazing positive reviews for all products. This leads me to believe that they all are fake. A dishonest practice. You do get a survey after the purchase, but responding to that survey does not appear anywhere on that product page. So future customers are lead to believe it is of great value.

If I need to talk about the quality, I don't know where to start. I ordered a table photo frame where the photo hangs. The photo tile itself was not cut properly. It is just a rectangle but for some reason, they cannot cut in a straight line. And it was not hung properly in the frame, so it is tilted to one side.

Cheaters site fooling customer

Worst site ever. It spoiled my order for 2 consecutive years when I ordered he'll expensive cake costing around 3k along with flowers and gift, total costing around 7k, both years it delivered wrong order giving me some cheap cake like local market which I could have bought for 500 max .. also the customisation expected on cake was wrong both the times. Also saying midnight delivery they charged extra 250 charges and delivered cake at 11pm itself. Spoiled surprise last year.
This is really pathetic. Moreover their customer care is so worst that even if u spend 4 to 5 hrs, no one will respond to you making sure you never get solution on issue u raised.
I would never again order myself from them nor will recommend anyone else.
They are big cheaters so beware before wasting your money.

I placed an order for flower delivery expecting it to arrive on the promised date. On the very same day of delivery, the order was suddenly refused/cancelled without proper resolution. This completely defeated the purpose of ordering flowers for a special occasion.

To make matters worse, the customer support was rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to help or offer a meaningful solution, they were unprofessional and indifferent. There was no accountability, no urgency, and no empathy for the inconvenience caused.

I would not recommend using FNP if you need reliable service for time-sensitive occasions. Extremely disappointed.

Product not delivered. Very bad customer support. No refund initiated.

I picked a time but a message came saying delivery attempted while I didn’t get any calls nor is my building restricted entry. The app customer support msg is only a bot which will send an automated msg every 5 mins. And they just end the query if you don’t text also for 1 minute while they make u wait for replies. Called customer support, they also will just tell you to wait and that they can’t deliver your order nor will they initiate a refund. At this point, they are no better than a scam website. Why promise a timed delivery if you can’t fulfil moreover why can’t u even cancel the order and get a refund also. One of the worst sites, save your money and go buy from a local flower shop even if you have to take out time for it because ordering from here will only disappoint you.

dying flowers and poor customer service afterwards

Order flowers and cake/balloon. Within a day the flowers were dying. I ordered from the UK to deliver a gift in Dubai. A day later my friend told me the flowers were dying. Their customer services whatsApp and email are shockingly poor. He rang them, and they would only deal with me. they lied to him saying that they would call me - they never did! I contacted them, you get the say AI generated response saying 'I understand ' ... but they don't! and patronising one's intelligence by saying 'It is hot in Dubai and flowers need water!' of course the flowers were trimmed and placed in water! Despite sending photos of the dying flowers they offered nothing to compensate for the insulting delivery I paid a lot for. Save you money and use another company.

FNP Same Day Delivery

FNP - has gone to the drains and that too of human excreta hole drain. Its the third day today and had placed the order for the same day delivery 9th Feb 2026 and today is 13th Feb 2026 and the order is still not delivered nor order cancelled nor have they offered refund. You order cannot be refunded or cancelled. Have been wasting almost 2 hours daily chatting with these morons to no resolution. They only do a copy paste job. And they are so scared to talk to the customers after defaulting on ordered delivery.
Please DO NOT USE FNP and go through the pain that I have gone through. Why do I suffer alone . hahahahahahaha

I just ordered flower and cake for my loved one to cherish a special moment and these guys just delayed the time slots from yesterday to today and they are even delaying it more . I requested a refund which they were saying they will fund in their wallet and I said I want the money in my source account itself, they said it will be refunded in 7 working days. I hope that the money come back soon in my source account , but terrible experience .

My Order# 69600520 was never delivered and I am being asked to pay more money for redelivery.I paid full amount in advance and also paid extra for same day express delivery. FnP is running online scam of staling peoples money. Their customer support was of no help, after 2 weeks no redelivery or refund, they simply stole my money.

I order a week ago and then when the time to deliver they could not deliver and they want to pick it up to DPD courier services. How come and how it will gonna be happen. I paid including the delivery or shipping fee but need to pick it up to courier which is impossible..

fraud

fraud, over-charging website.
every item is exorbitantly overcharged.
I wanted to buy a potted plant, a flower bouquet and a cake to be delivered together.
the website adds separate delivery charges for each of these items, and this feels like a fraud. this felt like cheating so I left my cart and purchased from another site.
if I am buying several items to be delivered together then they should give one consolidated delivery charge.

the items are small and prices are sky high. I know they have to make a profit but today when blinkit and zomato is doing the same deliveries at much more reasonable rates they do not have that exclusive gifting tag anymore.

Instead of offering a sincere apology or showing genuine accountability, they tried to pacify me with a 20% discount on my next purchase.
