Extremely easy from start to finish. Understood what I wanted from the design and the installation is of a very high quality.

Had a very good consultation experience with Foam & Bubbles. Of all the companies I contacted, I found them to be the most responsive, organised, and professional and good value in terms of their budget ranges. They scheduled a 1 hour, phone-based design consultation for the next working day. The following day, they emailed design mock-ups which captured well the essence of what I was going for. I felt very heard. I have had to put the project on hold so can't speak to the execution, but would be happy to reconnect with Foam & Bubbles when the time comes.

Absolutely wonderful bathroom designers. They were attentive throughout the process and quick to resolve any issues. They work brilliantly with BT Projects (on the build side). If you want a beautiful bathroom completed on budget and on time - highly recommend.

I used Foam & Bubbles for the supply of most of the bathroom products for the refurbishment of my 2 bathrooms. I had already finalised my new designs and decided on the make and/or style of the products when I selected my installer and it was my installer that referred me to F&B to see if they could assist in obtaining the products I wanted. Avinash of F&B was very helpful and accommodating in sourcing what I wanted and at decent prices. He also gave useful tips and advice in relation to the products' quality and aesthetics. A couple of products needed to be substituted after the initial order was delivered and a couple of other items needed to be replaced due to defects/wrong specs - F&B dealt with these changes efficiently and without fuss which was much appreciated.
Due to the large number of product items involved in a bathroom refurb, it was convenient having F&B organise their supply instead of having to deal with multiple suppliers myself. His trade/expert knowledge on product quality/reliability was also useful when one had to decide between seemingly similar products.
I did not get the bathroom tiles through F&B so cannot comment in that regard.

Far away and without doubt my worst customer experience ever. Six months on and our two-week bathroom refit is not complete and never will be. (At least not without further expense on our part.) Foam & Bubbles recommended fitters who botched the job despite taking twice as long (working right through Christmas and New Year and ruining our holiday). This happened because the design was flawed and Foam & Bubbles supplied the wrong tiles. But the fitter also botched the underfloor piping. When all this was discovered, we had to have the same fitter return. He botched the job AGAIN. Foam & Bubbles would not cover the full cost of repairs. In fact, they refused to pay the new contractor what they had initially offered to pay until we had promised not to make any further claims against them. We had to fight tooth and nail for every one of these subsequent steps and concessions. We had to have our household turned upside down three times. Our bathroom is still of a poor quality, with mismatched grouting throughout. All in all, a very stressful and unpleasant six months. We regret the day we contracted with Foam & Bubbles.

EDIT: In response to reply from Foam & Bubbles. Yes, on the third attempt we got the right tiles. They were inexpertly fitted for a second time by the fitters you insisted we use again. I must stress, a huge proportion of the blame for this disaster lies with them. But we would have had nothing to do with them were it not for you. You claim to use 'trusted fitters' and to take care of every step of the process. But this isn't true, as your strategy of distancing yourself of the fitters demonstrates. The four-figure sum you paid us did not cover the cost of fixing our bathroom.

Loved the service from F&B - from the initial call where I was able to explain my bathroom vision and they put it into a 3D model so quickly, all the way though to co-ordinating the build so I didn’t have to do any of the stressful admin!

A careful, informed and intellint design service. The work was completed to a high standard in the agreed time and budget. The site was kept tidy and useable and the workforce were skilled and helpful. The management of the project kept me updated with every development and any need for change.

We had two bathrooms installed, one after the other. We agreed a plan (design), a price and a start and finish date. Foam & Bubbles started and finished on time, came in on budget and there was no snagging. Just two perfect bathrooms! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

After paying £300 for the design of 2 bathrooms, I was sent unsatisfactory plans (late as well), not at all matching what I had requested. The design consultation happens over the phone, which is far from ideal.
I asked for amendments, and all contacts stopped abruptly. I have since been trying to contact the company unsuccessfully. Extremely unprofessional.

I looked to Foam and Bubbles for a quote for the refurbishment of my bathroom. This company though, expects a potential customer to pay £150.00p up front to get a design and detailed cost for the refurbishment!! If I don't like their design or go ahead with them because of cost, it would have cost me £150.00p. Never come across this process with companies before, of course didn't go with 'em

Great experience with the designer - good quality installation.

Attention to detail from my bathroom fitter . Joe did a perfect job that was a very challenging project . My bathroom was very dated and now it has been transferred to a beautiful contemporary shower room. Had great service from my designer at foam and bubbles and would highly recommend this company

Avinash at Foam & Bubbles did an excellent job throughout the design process and the team who fitted the bathroom were equally professional. Excellent communication and execution; highly recommended.
