Excellent Service! Adam kept me informed at every stage. Builders were quick, clean and efficient. For some reasons they couldn’t completed the job in the time frame that was given but Adam compensate me with a discount.
They are professional from start to finish.

Really pleased with the end result! The flush casement windows look great on our 1930's property. Problems with the supply chain meant that the project was delayed but Adam kept us informed and updated us on progress. He fought on our behalf to expedite the windows as quickly as possible. Adam was also very polite and patient with us, nothing was too much trouble. Scott the fitter was good too. He managed to fit us in despite the delay. Thankyou.

Had a new bathroom window installed and replaced my old sliding doors with French doors. Fitter was great and advised that my previous sliding doors were incorrectly and poorly fitted, therefore not only did he fit the new French doors but rectified a few issues from the previous poorly fitted sliding doors. Overall Adam was professional, offered a great service and has competitive prices. Would highly recommend and will be using Focal Home Improvements soon to finish off my project.

We needed a new back door quickly due to new kitchen being fitted and Adam promised and delivered that he could get the door ordered and fitted before the date we needed. Great service and fitters were excellent as well 👍👍

Adam and his team replaced a number of blown double glazing units for us in September 21. Fantastic job and no mess left at all, very happy and very competitive price. Would recommend focal homes and will be using them again in future for other improvement projects.

I used focal homes in January to change my windows and frame to triple glazed and I couldn't be happier with the staff, extremely respectful and listened to my needs and didn't try push unnecessary expenses and i got a cheaper quote than I found at both anglian windows & everest.

Excellent customer service, great prices and exquisite windows. I got 3 windows and my front door and i couldn't be happier. On the website you can design it yourself to truly make it yours. Couldn't be happier!!! Would definitely recommend to focal home improvements to everyone!
