Steph was absolutely incredible, products were stunning
Steph was absolutely incredible, she created a ticket plus 8 itineraries for my sister's Hen Do in Milan.
I sent her over some details and she created the most stunning products and she was able to send them over to me very quickly. She was very polite, very kind and friendly and the products were honestly incredible, brilliant quality. Would 100% recommend her products to anyone.

Placed an order with 24hr tracked…
Placed an order with 24hr tracked delivery. They said this was on its way on the 19th of June but did not provide a tracking number it is now 24th of June and still not received this. This was a gift for my partners 30th which was on the 22nd so you can understand ed my disappointment. To further add to this I have emailed multiple times with no reply and also messaged multiple times on Instagram again no reply. This had left me with no other option than to leave this review. Very poor customer service won't be ordering again.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience with your recent order. I understand how disappointing this must have been, especially since it was a gift for your partner's 30th birthday.
I made a mistake and sent your order via 1st Class instead of Tracked24. I completely overlooked the shipping upgrade, and I’m really sorry about that. I've put new systems in place to make sure this doesn't happen again.
Although 1st class should have still arrived on time, it seems there was a slight error in the shipping address entered at checkout, which might have caused the delay.
As a small business, I always aim to communicate well with my customers. Unfortunately, your Instagram messages and DMs were sent over the weekend when I don't monitor them. I picked up your emails on Monday and responded right away, issuing a full refund.
I'm truly sorry that you felt our customer service wasn't good enough. I really appreciate your feedback and will work hard to improve. I hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future.
