Honestly can’t rate this company and the reformer high enough. Communication from purchasing to delivery have been outstanding, and the reformer itself was really simple to set up and lovely to use. I’m finding the online classes a little difficult to navigate but I’m sure I will find my way soon enough. Very happy with my choice and investment :-)

Very good customer service. The staff get back to you quickly, trying to resolve your issue. The machine is also really good quality and comes with extra equipment like box, pilates ring etc. I had nothing but a great experience, thank you.😊

I love my reformer - I’m 57 years of age & worried I was too old - I wish I hadn’t hesitated. The set up was very easy. I have been using the app & workouts which are so helpful & easy to follow. As a beginner I can suit the workouts to my time & level. Don’t hesitate - best decision!

I can’t say how pleased I am with the whole package and the app too. I did a lot of research before I purchased and chose this bed due to a number of features that were head and shoulders above the rest. These were related to use and build quality. Needing to train at home, and I knew I was hooked after a few classes, I wanted to invest in a brand that I could trust and support beyond that initial purchase. Not may offer this, but Fold do. The customer support was super and also very welcoming.

Really impressed with both the product and the support team. They answered all my questions quickly, and the reformer itself is high quality and easy to set up.

I bought a FOLD reformer for my wife in red oak and chocolate and she is over the moon! Delivered quicker than expected and the customer service was amazing. Got to see the bed at the showroom and met some of the team who were really nice, and shout out to Paris who was so helpful with a few questions I had leading up to delivery. If I could give more stars I would!

I had a great experience purchasing my FOLD Reformer. The customer support was professional and attentive, and the product itself is top quality. It feels just like a studio reformer at home.

So gorgeous!! My reformer arrived today, the delivery team placed it in the room of my choice and I was able to set it up in 15 mins. Had a look and there are hundreds of supporting reformer classes on their app too, excited to get started!

Blown away by the quality of this bed! As a bang average triathlete it’s very important to work on core stability. I am also inept when it comes to anything involving flexibility, so being able to struggle in the comfort of my own home, in peace, is a massive bonus. This was a great investment worth every penny.

After loads of research I decided to buy a Fold Refomer for home use. I had been doing reformer for ten years and have used machines made by Body Balance (which I had previously recommended to my physiotherapy clients); and Align and Set more recently. I love the Fold machine as chose the dark wood and tan leather combo which looks very classy. It’s easy to assemble, and offers the flexibility if I need to move it. But most importantly it feels solid; smooth and offers a totally professional experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and am delighted with my purchase so far! I still need to sign up and do the online classes before my subscription runs out! Well done Fold for making a fantastic, affordable, quality reformer.

I have received my reformer 1 week ago. The quality is excellent. It is actually better than the reformers that i have used in local classes, who use a different brand. The carriage moves smoothly. The on demand classes on the app are amazing. It really does feel like I'm at a class, but in the comfort of my own home. I can pause the classes and take my time where ever needed.

I chose the red oak and black upholstery- it really does look the part aesthetically. It was really easy to initially set up on my own, with clear video instructions. The easy fold function is very helpful and makes it so seamless to manoeuvre and setup/fold away (it is a heavy peace of equipment).

I'm very excited and pleased to have invested in an excellent quality reformer.
The company kept me informed at every step from ordering - and where very supportive when i had issues with the delivery company (rhenus- no customer service at all and difficult to contact!)

From start to finish, the whole experience has been above and beyond what I expected. I now never need to miss a class. The team were knowledgable and I had top level customer service at every touch point!

My wife wanted to take the plunge with a more professional reformer to use at home alongside her studio classes. After extensive research and advice from her instructors, she chose the Fold reformer.

She placed the order on 23rd November 2025, with an estimated delivery before New Year. There was a delay with the product arriving in the country, which was understandable for that time of year.

We were given a delivery date of 14th January 2026, and my wife’s dad took time off work to accept the delivery. Unfortunately, when unpacked, we discovered the reformer was the incorrect colour, although the accessories were correct.

After some delays, a replacement was arranged for 26th January 2026. This time I took time off work to handle the exchange. The second reformer arrived in the correct colour, but it was damaged and had manufacturing defects.

At this point we raised a formal complaint, as around £2,000 had been paid without receiving a sound product. Some compensation was offered, and another delivery was arranged for 2nd February. My dad took his turn to accept delivery, and thankfully this time everything was correct and in good condition.

Despite the stressful delivery and quality issues, my wife is very happy with the reformer itself. The app is excellent for at-home classes and adds real value.

Overall: The product is great, but the delivery process and quality control need significant improvement. Now that everything is sorted, we’re pleased — but it took far more time and inconvenience than expected.

Purchased 10 beds from FOLD and they were great from start to finish. Communication from Paul was great, really helpful.

Amazing customer service I wish every company was as good as Fold.
I did lots of research to choose a good quality sturdy machine to teach reformer pilates. The Fold reformer is definitely that I love it. Beautiful quality and the added bonus is easy to fold away. Great company.

Chocolate & dark wood

Arrived exactly when they said it would delivery people were lovely. I love it looks amazing operates beautifully. Easy to build and fold runs smoothly glad I invested. I’ve been doing reformer for more than 10years in a studio and this is as good if not better

Just received my fold reformer, love it so much. Super conventional and easy to use. The best part is that you can move it around and use it anywhere in the house. Great customer as well whenever I have question, thank you FOLD 💛💛💛 plus the socks are great
