I have had my eye on a Fold Refomer for soo long. Ordered end of Nov arrived mid Jan and I am absolutely delighted with the quality of it.simple to set up and manageable for one person. The fold mechanism is very easy and the reformer is easy to store and move around.The Fold App is easy to navigate and offers a variety of classes from beginner to advanced. I love that there are short classes as well as full body workouts which suit my life style. The only thing you will regret if you purchase a Fold Reformer is not doing sooner.

I had the opportunity to try a class on the FÔLD reformer and it really is top tier quality. Right off the bat, it exceeds quality expectations compared to other reformers I've used and it's really worth the wait. I'd rather wait the longer dispatch times for a product I will cherish forever, than cut corners for a brand that doesn't hold up to the same standard.

A beautiful piece of equipment that looks great in the home. I can now use my Fold reformer every day which is fab. Yes, it’s an expensive outlay of money initially but it means I’m not paying £60 a month for just one session a week, and I can use it whenever I want. I love it! The app is easy to use and the classes are easy to follow. I’m so glad I purchased it.

The Fold is really difficult to pack and unpack, I can't do it alone and it is already marking my floor. The footbar has become misaligned so collapses at inopportune moments - like when you are doing a plank. It also took several months to arrive although it was not clear that it was not going to be shipped immediately. Shortly after arriving they brought out a new model.

I’m really impressed with the FOLD Reformer! It feels just like a studio-quality machine, but the best part is how easy it is to set up and fold away — perfect for home workouts, even in a small space.
I also like the workout app that comes with it, it makes staying consistent so much easier.
It’s definitely an investment, but if you want a high-quality Pilates experience at home, this is totally worth it. I’ve been using it regularly and love it.

This changed my mind about foldable reformers! I've tested out a few and others didn't have such sturdy build quality, or such a smooth ride. LOVE the Fôld Reformer... and you can't go wrong with the support from the team and their events! Can't wait to join the next few!

If you get a chance to try out a community class, I highly reccomend it. I was lucky enough to catch a class in Edinburgh. Complete reformer newbie and was made to feel so welcome. The teacher was brilliant in making me feel supported along with the more experienced attendees. I am definitely up for reformer classes now. The reformer felt very smooth and love how it folds - I have a tiny flat. Added to wishlist.

Overall, the bed is of good quality; however, there are several important factors to consider that are not clearly explained in the advertisement.

The reformer is very heavy and extremely difficult to manoeuvre on a daily basis. I bought mine after discussing it with the Fold team, who confirmed that this was how it was designed to function — but unfortunately, that’s not the case. Initially, I thought I might not be using it correctly or wasn’t strong enough, but there are clear design issues.

Another factor to consider is the height limitation as the overall platform is short. I’m 5'7", and I cant perform some exercises, such as the full plank(the carriage reaches the end). This is definitely something potential buyers should be aware of.

Regarding the springs, the reformer comes with 2 red, 2 green, and 1 yellow. The red ones are supposed to be the heaviest, but that’s not really the case (perhaps fine for beginners, but not for intermediate or advanced users). When following videos that require heavier resistance, I often have to keep adjusting — which is frustrating — and it’s difficult to find the right combination. With all springs attached, leg work still doesn’t feel very challenging.

Another issue is with the black straps. Because of their positioning, when not in use they often need to be removed and placed outside the frame; otherwise, they get stuck under the carriage and block movement. The placement could have been designed much better.

Overall, for such an expensive machine, I don’t think it’s worth the price. I would have preferred to invest in a model from a brand that specialises in professional studio reformers.

When I was considering buying this, all the reviews I found were only positive. Some people even suggested that negative reviews were removed. So I’m simply sharing a few points that I wish someone had mentioned before I made the investment — things you might want to consider before purchasing.

They suggested that both red springs — which are outsourced — are likely faulty and offered replacements. I do question of the chances that both springs are defective? And if the red ones are faulty, does this mean the green ones are faulty as well? For users who are not beginners, in my view this remains a significant limitation for stronger workouts.

For the ropes, they recommended a few fixes, but none of them worked. They also offered to replace the damaged ropes, but that still doesn’t address the underlying design issue that causes them to get stuck under the carriage.

Regarding the height limitations, removing the backstops adds around 5 cm, but this still does not resolve the overall restriction for taller users.

As for the machine’s mobility, the company denied that there is an issue — despite acknowledging that they had received similar feedback from other users, which led to the major design change in the newer model (a key selling point). Beyond offering replacements for the allegedly faulty parts, they essentially closed the discussion on all the concerns I raised.

I am very impressed with the Fold reformer. It was delivered last Thursday and I am absolutely over the moon with it. I have only been doing reformer classes for a few months and ordered your original machine back in August. Before delivery I upgraded to the new one. I am so glad i waited! The quality of the machine is fantastic and looks great in my home gym. I also love the app, its great to have access to the classes you offer. I go to weekly classes but I love having someone to follow as it hard to remember what to do. I am very impressed with how versatile it is and i highly recommend it to anyone, its worth every penny!

Delivery was seamless, everything arrived in perfect condition, and the customer service was brilliant throughout – responsive, warm and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly.

I bought the FOLD reformer for my wife and have both been really impressed with the whole package. The reformer is a very high quality machine, excellent padding on the carriage, footbar, shoulder rests and box as well as high quality springs, it's very smooth and quiet to use. The added benefit of the included accessories such as the box, ring and ball is amazing at this price point. Delivery was also included and was easy to arrange. They delivered to the room of our choice. We had a small query about delivery and Zizi from FOLD responded and dealt with our question immediately. My wife also loves using the app and is enjoying the variety of classes available. Overall a fantastic pilates reformer package and we have had a great experience from purchase to delivery and to now using the reformer. Highly recommend.
