This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM. As soon I register my box truck with USDOT, I got a text message from Foley saying “Your application for DOT # has been processed. Call us at 860-852-6145 to discuss your compliance requirements”. So, they pretend like they are DOT and will try to sell you unnecessary junk services.

Scam
If anyone else is being continuously harassed via text, email, or phone calls from this trash of a company please get in touch with me. I I'm currently pressing charges against them in Virginia for continuous harassment after they have been informed multiple times by multiple means that I wish to be left alone by them. I have never done business with them, but they simply cold call, cold email, or cold text for multiple different email addresses and phone numbers. Nothing but a scam
Editing my review and response to their response. This has been going on with them for almost 6 months, I have responded to every email, almost 60 of them, I have called them over 20 times, and I have texted them back over 20 times to get them to stop contacting me. Even their response to my review is total b@llsh!t.

Digital harassment
The company engages in very scam, marketing tactics. I keep receiving emails from this company and I have no way of removing myself from whatever email list that they have. I have asked them on multiple occasions to stop contacting me but they continue to do so, and I can only imagine how many other people they are harassing as well.
UPDATE:
Upon giving my phone number for this review, they have seemed to added me to another list that is accessible to more spammers who have sent me multiple spam texts within the hour of providing. I haven’t had any spam texts in weeks but conveniently get two just after this….

Hard to believe a company doesn’t share data when they steal your information and spam you to death without any regards to whether you want them to or not.. very hard to trust people who engage in that kind of activity

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
They may have user friendly software and a quick onboarding process; however, no customer service whatsoever afterwards.
After some months I couldn’t get anyone to call back to answer questions about DOT requirements, no response from my account representative or customer support email! Finance dept. are the only ones who answered when I called to cancel my subscription and didn’t even have the professionalism to follow up with an email confirmation as promised.
I recommend finding another compliance company with a higher quality of customer support.
FYI Foley- a regurgitated “I’m sorry” reply isn’t a replacement for an answer to why this occurred, nor does it fix the problem.
