The items never arrived

The items never arrived. The company has been incredibly difficult when trying to resolve the issue. I will now be trying to cancel the payment via my bank. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I will update if the items do ever get delivered.

Avoid at all costs – worst customer service ever!

From the very first moment I placed my order, dealing with Follow Your Legend has been a nightmare. Their customer service is shockingly incompetent and unhelpful. My order was difficult from day one, and any attempt to resolve issues has been met with excuses and delays.

They promised to refund $20 as an apology - but guess what? Nothing. Not a single cent. To make matters worse, they conveniently failed to mention any customs charges on their website, and then demanded I pay an outrageous fee that is nearly equal to the value of my order. This is completely unacceptable, and I will not pay a hidden charge for a service that has already failed me.

I want my full refund immediately. If this is not resolved, I will escalate this situation far beyond what they can imagine. I cannot stress enough: do not order from this company unless you want endless frustration, lies, and zero accountability.

Waiting 2 weeks for my socks

Waiting 2 weeks for my socks, poor customer service, they did not even send me a receipt for the products I purchased. I paid for express shipping and have not received my orders. I expressed via email my concern and desire to be refunded, no reply. This is bound to be a scam business. Buyer beware!!!

I’m going to update this review: 4-14-26. I received the socks and had time to wear and wash them at least once. The socks are comfortable, running a little large, so it does not hug the foot as well as I’d hoped. If I try them again, I may order a size smaller that what is suggested. The wear though is concerning, after a twelve hour ER shift the heel is beginning to fray, so it may not be long before I wear a hole is the sock. The moisture that is built up does not wick from the foot as suggested, still leaves moist spots on a floor after a shift then walking with socked feet. The customer service did improve but I wish they would change procurement system, it take entirely way too long to get the socks, especially with transport. But Indecided to upgrade from a 1 star to a 2 star because customer service improved, hopefully everything else changes at some point.

I have been waiting two months

I have been waiting two months for them to ship my hoodie. Their claim of 3-5 days is comlete nonsense. I ordered socks from them last year and it took 5 weeks for them to arrive. I am still waiting on the hoodie. This company has a good product that they are ruining with awful business practice. It is truly a shame.

My granddaughter is traumatized

If I could give it negative reviews I would.
I ordered my granddaughter a highland cow plushie for Christmas (adopted it for her). She got a message today that her cow “Chico” had been slaughtered today. How can a company do that to a child? I am absolutely appalled. Is the company going to now pay her therapy bills? She is obviously very upset as she has loved cows since she was a baby.
Buyer beware with this site. I have emailed the company with no response.

Horrible customer service

Placed a wholesale order for their plush items. Tried emailing several people on 1/12/2026 with a concern and it took quite awhile to get a response. Funny thing is that I got an email response from one person, who resolved the issue, then got a call 2 weeks later from someone else asking what they can help me with. I emailed my Sales rep. 2 weeks ago to please give me a call. Still waiting. They do not have a phone number so you can’t contact them, and clearly emailing is not an option. I won’t be reordering from this company again.

Everyone really love the sweatshirts…

Everyone really love the sweatshirts that I bought as Christmas presents, so much so, that I purchased two more after Christmas! They are comfortable and warm and my daughter, especially appreciated the heavy weight as she regularly uses a weighted blanket when she is feeling overwhelmed.

Great Experience

I read all the bad reviews but decided to take a shot. Ordered 12/29 - arrived today. Two heavy hoodies in Sage and Dusk, plus a Sage T-shirt. Maybe the most comfortable tops I’ve ever worn. Quite heavy, and the T-shirt is heavy enough for spring and fall days by itself.

I was worried but unnecessarily. Everything went smoothly and I love my new hoodies!

Terrible customer service

My first order arrived ok and I loved the hoodie but my husbands order on November 10th which cost about £80 never arrived. After two months of trying to get help - this week they emailed him to say that it must have been stolen and theres nothing they can do. We never got any notification from the courier who they said was DHL and then Evri and then Hermes - and we have lived here 8 years and never had a parcel stolen. The emails they have sent have often been completely contradictory- they promised a refund which never arrived and now are ignoring our emails completly. Please be careful if you are ordering from this company especially in the UK.
