Misleading Return Policy

They offer FREE returns within 40 days of purchase but only for items purchased at full price. You need to click through to the full return policy to find this out as the product page touts their 40 day return policy. So if you can’t return items purchased on SALE and if the entire site is always on SALE, do they actually process returns? I would avoid them. Plus they take a few weeks to ship.

They Just Don't Care

As a non-profit in the UK we have taken advantage of the Legend's sales in the past to stock up on plushies that we give away to our service users and at events.
We need to make every penny count and have always been very satisfied. We have ordered hundreds of pounds worth in the past and they have arrived without issue.
This year we placed two orders on the same date.
After two weeks neither showed any tracking info.
After nagging them we finally got shipping confirmation.
The high value order was delivered without incident.
The lower was held at customs with a charge for 2/3rds of its value! That they expected us to pay.
So what happened here? They are lazy and decided to use a different shipping service to cover their late dispatch and did not fill out the correct paperwork.

In the end we had to go to Paypal to get the shipment refunded because they refused to talk to us.

The products are great, the company, logistics, and customer service are lacking.

Their ethics are questionable and they clearly don't care about long standing customers who spend £1000s with them.

Going by the other reviews here we are not the only people who have been treated poorly by this company.

I purchased their alpaca cloud hoody…

I purchased their alpaca cloud hoody and had a major allergic reaction. I contacted them for a refund and they responded with "we'll get back to you in a couple of days."

Well that was two weeks ago and I've emailed them during that time asking for follow up. No response.

Total scam.

Scam

Scam! Don’t buy it. They advertise their product as all natural and 100% sustainable eucalyptus and alpaca fabric but has polyester, I cannot wear polyester I’m allergic and in more they refuse the return cause I bought the product with a discount. Unbelievable!!!

UNDISCLOSED 40% POLYESTER added into these pricey " jogger" pants I bought from "Follow Your Legend"
Tag says: "Body: 50% Organic Cotton 20% Alpaca 30% Tencel Shell: 60% Organic Cotton 40% recycled polyester"= 😐😑😡
I am very annoyed &disappointed to find out the products that I was led to believe..because they OMITTED the true materials on their website!...were completely organic cotton combined with alpaca material and eucalyptus actually has 40% polyester in it!! I can't believe they omitted this from their materials description!!
I bought two pairs of jogger pants they do look nice but I bought these for the expensive price because I was led to believe that they had NO SYNTHETIC FIBERS! That was the only reason why I bought these because I want to wear products that don't have the low vibration of polyester and synthetics added.
This is false advertising and they need to correct this because there are legal implications that will start to follow them.
Nothing worse than feeling completely bamboozled and now I've got a 40% polyester product that I don't even want to wear!

Do yourself a favor . . . Avoid using Follow Your Legend (aka Legend Bracelet)

If I could give this firm a 'zero' star rating I would.

Placed an order for a number of items. The firm sent a tracking number. However, only a shipping label was created - no product ever shipped.

I reached out to the firm for assistance. The firm indicated they would follow-up in 2 business days - I never heard anything from them again.

Luckily, I paid via PayPal. I opened up a dispute case with PayPal. The dispute process with PayPal was very efficient, and the case was closed in my favor (and my payment refunded).

Package never received

I never got a confirmation of my order. Then I asked the customer Service. They responded quickly and sent me a shipment number. The shipment was never delivered to me. DHL told me, I am not the recipient of the package. The customer Service does not answer anymore. So I never got anything and lets see If I get the money back

Bad company

I had a order before Xmas of 2 necklace s and 2 plushes and still haven't got them ,no refund ,and no communication from them it was alot of money I'm so Disappointed

Follow your package

40 days after the purchase, I doubt that I didn't understand the concept behind the product, I thought I had bought a stuffed animal and could follow the story of the animal I helped, but instead I think the game lies in follow the package that crosses the world without ever being delivered. Customer service isn't responding and I wasted $50.
But the newsletters arrive promptly every day to remind me!

Not professional

I've order a present for my best friend (3 little plush turtles + a golden bracelet ):
- I had to pay an extra 15€ for custom fees (not mentioned anywhere in the website, ).
- she received it a month after instead of a week
- she received the wrong article (a single big turtle instead of 3 little ones)
- the turtle linked to it died 6 months before a placed the order.... What a creepy present!
- I messaged the client support. They quickly answered my 1st message saying they send a new one.... 1.5 month after, I still haven't received any tracking number nor delivery and the support doesn't answer anymore....

The project is great, but they definitely lack a customer service. I'll not order anymore

Terrible

Terrible. I buought a peluche for my little brother on the 7th of december… they never sent it to me (saying they were experiencing delays) so on the 19 of december i officialy had to cancel the order and ask for refund. So bad.

Had to pay tolls

Had to pay tolls. Should have said that for international orders. Tolls exceeded what i paid for my order. Not at all clear that international orders can be subject to tolls.
