Great experience: will use Foneback to sell my phones again!
This was my first experience with Fonebank. My wife and I both upgraded our phones so had some 2+ year-old Samsungs that were still in excellent condition; and also the phones before those had been rattling around in a drawer as well. I was pleasantly surprised by the valuation provided (especially the older phones that I assumed would have been worthless) so I sent the four phones off to Fonebank. It did take a couple of weeks in processing, wherein my order just read "pending", but soon enough I received confirmation and the money appeared very soon after. My only regret is that I didn't think to sell the older phones a couple of years back as they would have been worth more - but that's on me not Fonebank! Overall a great experience.

I was hesitant but it was seamless and very professional. I even sent an email to confirm receipt of phone and time line for cheque. They replied quickly and it all happened as they outlined. Will use Fonebank again for sure. great service.
