Avoid avoid avoid

My second review of this company, after the first 3 attempts to contact through their site and a review left here, they still are avoiding a refund. They responded to my review allegedly requesting further information from me via email (no email contact whatsoever including spam), and instead of refunding and cancelling have now charged me a second month .

Total fraud

Total fraud!
3,2 GB data recovered from 256 GB.
Exactly the same amount of data as my ICloud backup contains!
Do NOT waste your money on this crap software.

I just bought this today

I just bought this today. Jan 9,2024. It does NOT work. I have tried every suggestion offered by this company. Nothing worked. Yes I even changed my USB cable. Trying to write to this company is impossible. The email doesn't deliver. All I want is this to work! But if it doesnt then I want a refund.

I ordered the wrong version..

I ordered the wrong version... Windows instead of Mac. After a mail I got 1 payment back immediately! Nice!!!

Refund

They listened to my concerns and refunded my money because I had already bought the lifetime product in 2022.

The company itself is still stalling about the correct
action. Every email back to me is definitely a stall
tatic. Even when i told them that i had already bought the product in 2022 they still did not quickly
reimburse me for the recent 2023 purchase. Stall after stall. I will never buy another product from
videobyte. There website says that you have 30 days to file a refund request. I filed it on the first day. Emailed them several times. Slow response and
told me i should have tried the trial. I did not know
there was a trial. The fact that they said 30 days for refund, which i took for no questions asked they
would quickly reimburse me. they said that they
would not because i did not try the trial download.
Then when i found that i already bought their product
in 2022 and i still wanted a refund they when on
the stalling tactics once again. Obviously they
must do this to all of their customers. Bad company
that needs to get out of business. This is a company
who is just looking for the money and does not care
about their customers. I gave them many oppurtunities to do the right thing and refund me but
they just came up with excuse and excuse.

The FonePaw who when they found out that I had
forgotten that I had bought the same lifetime product
in 2022. Quickly responded and processed a refund.
I believe that FonePaw support videobytes with processing their orders....I might be wrong on that though.

Anyway FonePaw does take care of their customers they need to show the other company how to do it.

I am seriously thinking of contacting the BBB about
Vidobytes. They need to stop putting refund available on their websites and than not honoring them when requested. Vidobytes once again is wrong they should have quicking given my money back on the first day that I bought their product.

Thanks agin FonePaw for doing the right thing.

I ordered this to recover my data from…

I ordered this to recover my data from my android phone. It did not work. Their support did not work, it kept asking for an order number and all they give you is a receipt number. Also, I just got charged again for a subscription renewal. No where in my transaction was it listed that I am buying a subscription. And it is impossible to get help from them. This is a complete money grabbing scam. If I could give them no stars, I would. I want a refund. Why would I repurchase this sham product. Complete GARBAGE

The program itself is fine but the…

The program itself is fine but the support team is not.

I used FonePaw iPhone recovery and unfortunately did not get my data back. I understand that the program did not work with my device because it's not guaranteed to recover my data 100%.

But I am fed up with poor support. They do no answer my question.

I had a security concern when scanning and downloading my data from iCloud with FonePaw iPhone data recovery.
For security reasons, I wanted to know if my iCloud data is transferred directory from iCloud to my local PC. Because there may be a security vulnerability, if the data goes through servers other than iCloud.

I asked this question about 5times, but the support team never answered my question. They changed the subject every single time.

It is a simple question though...
I really hope I can find my answer soon.

One of the Best Software for Screen Recording
