I wish I could give these people negative stars. I purchased a license for 1 computer to restore my iPad...in May. It is now July, and 54 emails later (most of them from me, and very few from their side), I have no resolution, no iPad, and no refund. Their response time is usually 5+ days. Also, it is a space hog. I hope I can successfully remove it, but I would like to get my refund first. Horrible experience!!

Update: After receiving a "refund has been issued" email on 7/5, the refund was finally received on 7/28, as well as an email stating that they could not repair my iPad. So.....false advertising? Not sure, but certainly buyer beware.

I have used another brand EASXx for 5 years, and find FonePAW is much better, so bought it!

I used it for 3 years. Photo, video transfer is easy and great. Making ringtones is simple and easy to use.

I ran an issue with the software and had to reinstall it. Unfortuately when trying to activate the software. I received a message that the license key was already used. All attempts to contact FonePaw via thier website resulted in no response. Even the reseller "Paddle" was not able to get a response from FonePaw. These folks give both the reseller and themselves a bad name due to their lack of response. I now have software I paid over $100 for that I can not use.

Updated 4/13 FonePaw finally responded, and the concern was resolved. Changing to 4 Stars.

I have paid my subscription but cannot get a validation certificate. They are surely scammers they take your money but don't let you contact them Avoid like the plague

I was able to recover data that could not be recovered with other software. I think it's very good software.

I downloaded the FonePaw app for Mac to record an important Zoom Webinar after finding a post on FonePaw's webpage (through a Google search) that gave step-by-step instructions on how to do it. Their post prominently advertised a "Free Download" of their software, which I used. I installed the app and recorded the 1.5 hr Zoom webinar with no problems.

After the webinar, I stopped recording and got the following message: "Note: The trial version can only save 3 minutes of each recording. To save the whole recording...complete the purchase and register here..." So basically they're holding my recording hostage until I pay for their subscription.

OK, I realize that developers need to earn money, but this is very sneaky business practice. An honest developer would tell you UPFRONT that you can only save 3 minutes of recording BEFORE you start recording. They didn't do that. Thinking I might have missed something, I went back and checked the tutorial on their webpage and they never mentioned it there. It seems clear that this is intentional. Part of their business model is to trick people into using their software to record important meetings, and then hold the recording hostage until you cough up some money.

I use the software for recording advanced training seminars. Works well and reliable.

This software is a great product to download MP3 from spotify to your computer.

It is very user-friendly. It works quickly and generally without problems. I've been using it for about three months now and it's very helpful.I would like to recommend this software.

I have used Fonepaw for 4+ years. It is a masterpiece in the genre of screen capture and recording! You can set it for quality, length and timed stop. You can save files to your computer and any USB storage device, including a portable USB hard drive.

I have tried 4 or 5 others, but Fonepaw is the easiest to install and setup, only took me 15 minutes to get set up and running!

I highly recommend Fonepaw for your screen capture needs!!!

They will siphon funds from your bank account until you go broke. Their support service is not existent, and will ignore any attempts to cancel the subscription/refund fraudulent charges from any of their "services" effectively making you their pay pig for life.

I bought the program, they provided me a license number, the license number did not work. I emailed them that the license number they provided did not work. I waited three weeks and contacted them again. They wanted scene shots. I provided screne shoots showing it did not work. The still have not replied. I have owned it a month and unable to use it. Requested a refund and still got no response on that. I recommend be aware they are no help and have no phone number to contact them.
