The customer service on WhatsApp is not helpful at all and does not give you any useful information. Also, I used to buy from the store before and it was shipped quickly, but now the shipping period is long and they do not tell you when the shipping will be done.
My last two experiences in the store were very bad

Well where do I begin ? Purchased a phone , was relatively low compared to the market . Had to go with it . 100% battery life made me happy but next thing I see is pixel dead , washed out colors . Returned them the phone and 10 days now . Waiting for a fix or refund 😊 Makes me wonder if I regret buying from Fonezone.ae . It’s my first and last purchase from them .
