They are deceivers
They are deceivers, and it will take you forever to get your money back for the wrong product. They actually told me that in order for me to get my money back, I should remove the negative review from Google. According to their policy, the money should be returned in a week, in fact it took me more than a month. Secondly, never take the fast delivery option for 70 dtrham, they won’t bring you anything quickly, but they will take your money and not return it. Plus they have no conscience, they do not return the entire amount but take a percentage and not a small one. As a result, out of 1570 dirams they returned me, 1270. Don’t wait for them, if anything happens, and write a statement against them, otherwise they will continue to deceive people and give them dirty, scratched phones under the guise of being well serviced. This was the first and last experience with this office. To call a gadget PREMIUM, but it doesn’t have enough bolts, it’s scratched all around and there’s dirt in the cracks, it’s too MUCH. If you need used phone, never buy online better go and see all your own.
