i am trying to buy vivo iqoo neo 7 pro and it shows the wrong chipset it shows dimensity8200 meanwhile it was suppose to have snapdragon8+ 1 can i still trust it?

My order (FC35778), which was placed on March 29, 2026, is still showing as 'Pending'. I have messaged and even called the Phonezone team, but I have not received any response from their end. I have also already made an advance partial payment of ₹1000.
No one should be troubled in this manner. Every customer makes an advance or full payment based on your trustworthiness, with the expectation that they will receive their product. Yet, you people toy with their sentiments in this way.
It's not about the money. The point is that you are breaking someone's trust.

The phone is in perfect condition and the shipping was quicker than expected. One note though, it would have been nice to know that the phone was from China and therefore does not support esim, otherwise I am very happy with the entire experience

I had a very disappointing experience with FoneZone. I bought a phone from them, but it had too many issues from the beginning. Instead of getting proper support, I faced poor communication and no clear responsibility from their side. The whole experience, was stressful and frustrating. In the end, I lost around 500 AED. I would not recommend buying from them.

The phone is in excellent condition

They are fraud and scammers. I have ordered a iphone and it has been 4 months and till now the ordered is not delivered. Whenever i message them they say that the product is out of stock and need time to get delivered.

Worst experience

These folks are fake. We need to segregate reviews on country basis. FoneZone.Me may be their website in UAE, they are operating in india through FoneZone.com website.
Basically these folks are frauds.
I ordered a second hand iphone on 29th Dec 2025. Today it is 3rd Febraury, they stopped communicating with me. While ordering I was informed that shipping will start after 8 days of placing order. Although this is red flag, I was fed up with searching for a used iphone for nearly a month. Basically, my teenage daughter is using an iphone. I can't take it away because she needs it during her commute to college and back, for paying metro, auto riksha, bus. Also for studies (12th standard), internet(and ChatGPT) is the best source of knowledge.
Time line:
29 Dec 2025: Ordered, shipping to begin within 8 days
5th Jan 2026: FoneZone folks called me, told me that the shipping will be delayed by another 7 days.
14th Jan 2026: I don't see shipping information in their web site for my order. Called them but was told to call between 9am to 4pm.
15th Jan 2026: Nobody picked up my call, So I mailed them and sent a message on whatsapp.
16th Jan 2026: Not mail response, but there was a bot response that someone will respond to me
17th Jan 2026: Was told that the actual model I ordered is not available, but they are trying to get one. Was told that I would get to know the status in 5 days.
24th Jan 2026: Again asked in whatapp, was told to wait for few more days.
During this time, many mails were sent, no response, many whatsapp messages sent, received response but nothing promising. Now, they have stopped responding through all channels. I will attach screen shot of their interaction and order, shipping status.
