Excellent service and product

Based on reviews on Trustpilot, my first time ordering from this company. Never attempted a delivery [DPD] but stated they left a note and have left it sitting in their depot. As I've cameras on my drive, I can safely say no van ever came when they claimed. Contacted customer non-service twice on their answering machine, never bothered to speak to me. Very poor non service

The bird food is of very good quality and delivery is very fast by DPD. My go to company for bird food.

Bought a huge 20kg sack of Robin, blackbird and songbird food that the birds wont touch...Gareth at this company told me to leave it there as it takes them a while to adjust, absolute rubbish, ive been feeding the birds in my garden for 40 years so i know what birds eat which grain, theres lots of cracked corn and dust in this bag , the corn attracts wood pigeons ,magpies and crows and small song birds dont eat it...left messages which were ignored but eventually through amazon I got a reply telling me to send it back...I explained I am disabled so please tell me how I sent a huge 20kg paper sack back to them...be wary of this company

I have had an account with this company for over a year. I order online. And they deliver within a couple of days to my home. The prices are really good and competitive. Quality of the food is second to none. If I have a problem or I over order, they give me a reund and adjust the order with no questions asked. I honestly dont know how I coped without them before.

I have ordered many bags of pigeon seeds from this company. I go through a fair amount so orders go in on a regular basis.

Mostly I have no issues and when I do its the delivery company. One was damaged seed bag and the last was one sack short on delivery.

I think communication has improved with this company and the last issue they responded to my online query and it was dealt with smoothly.

Orders are always despatched quickly. Pigeons are always happy.... both wild and my rescues.

I’ve used food for birds for a while now and they are the cheapest and most speediest. If my order can’t be filled they always call. Not like other companies who leave you hanging. I’ll always use them now.
