The course was easy to enroll in and I was able to start straight away. I had a few issues with some questions and I received the help I needed the following day and was able to pass on that same day 🎉 The trainers and assessor’s are polite, prompt and have a great sense of humour making the whole process much more pleasant😊

I was slightly apprehensive at first, but once I got into the first 2 modules, that disappeared. My advice is to go all out and complete as many modules as you can over 2 days. There is no reason why you cannot complete the full course in one day. The modules were well explained, and I found the questions to be easier than I expected. I highly recommend this course to all who which to obtain a Food Safety Certificate.

Straight forward to use and follow. Assessment is robust. Issuing certificate was prompt.

Overall was a very interesting and informative online course.
Once I got stuck into it I blitzed through it , Allowing the student to do it at there own pace was great as people learn at different rates, the video content was easy to understand.
The way I did it was to open a window with the lesson and open a window with the Assessment, then answered the questions as they came up , much easier then completing the videos and trying to remember it all and lose out on an Assessment and then repeat the video , not a negative, just how i coped with that .
Great course formatted easy , and overall for me 10/10.
Don't get flustered at the begining and you will cruise on home with it , Best of Luck.

Easy to follow, comprehensive coverage. Fitted well with what I have done in the past on this topic.
No problems encountered.

Was easy enough to use and to do.
Would be nice if you could state if you have done a course of this nature before. And maybe state if your a chef or business owner, etc for the assessor to have a little back ground knowledge.
I would give it a 9.5 out of 10.

The site is a little bit delayed and dodgy they said it was because I was using my phone but it says people can use both phones and computers and tablets little annoying trying to get my certificates once I was finished but I was overall happy with this company
