I emailed Customer Service regarding a return for the item, it is still brand new in the package. Package never opened nor item tried one. I never received a response from Customer Service. My husband bought himself the same item, so now we have an additional jacket we will never use.

I ordered my item weeks ago for a Christmas present and it's stuck in US Customs because Foot-Store didn't provide all of the required information. FedEx has reached out multiple times. I've emailed Foit-Store and received an unhelpful response (clearly auto-generated). At this point, I'm doubtful the item will ever get delivered. Not a good experience at all.

I ordered my sons present with an agreed delievery date of the 12th December, it is now the 18th Dec and it hasn't been received by Fedex.
Received an email today after chasing to say the item will be delivered when back in stock.
they sell items that aren't in stock, i am going to have a very upset 9 year old as his christmas present ordered 4 weeks ago won't be here.
can actually speak to anyone, just chocking to think they can sell out of stock items.

Ordering overseas is can be a gamble. Shipping and tracking aren't always perfect. I received exactly what I ordered and it arrived in a timely manner.
Getting the right size is a gamble too, but this jersey fits as expected and is exactly what I was looking to get.
