Football Experience Reviews

Bought for Ac milan against Inter in semi final and it was great position to see the game and thr players

Real Madrid v Osasuna Copa Del Rey Final:

I managed to buy tickets from football experience last week for the copa del rey final and I have nothing but positive things to say. I was first contacted by Saad who ensured me that I will receive my tickets through a pick up location as I arrived in Seville the night before. David contacted me who managed to sort that out and when I arrived in Sevilla, I went to a courier service (MRW) whereby I gave my details and the tickets were in my hand. The seats were AMAZING. It may be a bit pricey but it is 100% reliable

Thank you for providing me tickets for the Ac Milan Vs Napoli quarter finals. Seats were great! & Yes you do go your tickets within the 24 hour period of the game as they also keep you updated through whats app!

We had a large group going to a Premier League game and I can't recommend these guys enough. I was a bit worried at first tickets would not arrived but I was kept updated via WhatsApp and received the tickets the night before the game. Tickets were great and it made our week. Thank you to the guys and I will be using and recommending again. Thank you

Dreadful. I have been trying to make contact with them for a couple of months. They owe me 2 tickets that I paid almost £400 for. They do not even have the curtesy to return my messages.

Booked two tickets for a Borussia Dortmund game back in April. Was a little bit apprehensive as was told I wouldn’t receive the tickets until the night before. However we had nothing to worry about. As promised, received the e-tickets the day before. Great customer service. We were really pleased with our seats, had a great view.

I decided to treat my son and father in law to a Real Madrid game. I paid 30 percent extra to sit together. A total of £166 per ticket for a game Real Madrid against Ossasuna.
The communication was poor until we used the WhatsApp phone number.

I expected three tickets and sat next to each other. We got three season ticket holders cards which arrived around 9pm the night before.

We contacted them and told they were two together and one behind. The note clearly states do not ask any of Real Madrid staff for directions and that you had been given them as a friend and these had not been sold to you.
The staff at the stadium were lovely and pointed us to the row and the seats were good, you see them against Barcelona on their Instagram.

The seats were not altogether. Luckily my father-in-law was able to negotiate so we could.

The season tickets need to be returned in an envelope and to advise via WhatsApp when they were ready.

The company has contacted offering me a refund of £237 and said it had been done 16 days ago. Then they have changed it to £107 and still nothing.

I wrote a review and promised me this refund if I took down the review.

I felt nervous throughout the process and the season tickets are cheaper and they sell illegally aa suggested by the letter they provided at huge margins and didn't put us together. The refund promised has not arrived after 16 days.

The seats were great, but I would not buy again from this company who are selling season tickets illegally, high margins, don't deliver what was promised and promise to refund but don't.

An update: The credit card have gained the refund.

I had a best experience with them I bought 4 tickets for el clásico and the tickets arrived on the time, I really would to thank them for the best experience!

Amazing experience. We were able to go to El Clasico. I was a bit worried about receiving exactly the area of tickets that I purchased but the seats were spot on, and all 3 of us say together even though they only guarantee in pairs. Ticket pick up was super straight forward and exactly as depicted online, with the pick up point being sent out 24h before the match. Overall great experience and will be using them again for hard to find tickets.

Thank you for a chance to see El Clásico. Everything went smoothly, the seats were great, surely I'll come back.

Booked Tickets For Barcelona v Inter Milan WOW great game , brilliant seats, always kept in touch, and got all the info 24 hours before the match, would def recommend and will use these guys again 👌👌

Great service thank you so much for the amazing experience my game was barcelona vs elche

Great experience!

We went to London for a Tottenham game and I was a bit scared that it was a scam. The Tickets came a bit late - 12h before the Game.

But the staff replyed to all my Messages via WhatsApp and in the end everything went fine.

Great expierience with great seats.

Bought a ticket for the Rangers v Eintracht Frankfurt Europa League final. Have never used the secondary ticketing market before and given the cost of tickets was nervous about doing so, but fear of missing out got the better of me!

Can't fault the service Football Experience provided, received my electronic ticket within a couple days of UEFA releasing them. I both spoke to and exchanged messages with the vendor using their WhatsApp and found them to be responsive, receiving replies within half an hour of getting in touch.

I've rated the experiece as 4* which to be honest is more to do with the cost of the ticket and which I think is a UEFA problem around how it distributes them (I paid £1,400 including admin fee which is very expensive, but at the lower end of what I've seen other sites advertising).

Based on my experience with them, if you're prepared to pay the price, I found the vendor to be reliable and would use them again.

Barcelona-Sevilla (La Liga, father & son trip)
-received immediate confirmation after paying for my 2 tickets
-I was in constant contact via WhatsApp
-day before the game clear instructions received where to pickup and drop off three tickets
-received seats with much better category in comparison what I purchased

Overall very positive experience with reasonably priced tickets and a very good communication.

At first I was a little worried if I would receive the tickets on time but everything worked without any problems. The seats were even better than I hoped for and exceeded my expectations. So the higher price was completely justified. Overall a great experience!

The best experience Ive ever had, the seat was exactly as expected, I watched real madrid vs chelsea and atletico madrid vs man city…

I had the chance to take photos with some legends like julio cesar and franco zola…

the price is lower than the average

I bought a ticket from Football Experience for Manchester United vs Watford at Old Trafford. Excellent service, good customer care, and great seat location with good value for my money. I will keep purchasing football tickets from them and I highly recommend them

Superb!!!!!!
Bought Dortmund Rangers tickets through Football Experience. No hesitation in delivering them super fast. Was told it would take 3/4 days. They were on my email with in 2.
I'll use these guys again in the future for some more Rangers Away Days.
