Experience very stressful and would suggest that you think carefully about using these guys. I paid £1000 for Real Madrid tickets for 7 friends but we did not know they were legit until got in the ground.

Tickets were supposed to be dropped at hotel but the package that was dropped off was not for me. When I contacted them on whatsapp, after some messing about we were then sent etickets. Of the 7 tickets, 2 looked to be child tickets. Super stressful all way to ground until all 7 of us were let in!

Also, we paid 30% extra to have 2, 2 and 3 seats together in one section but we ended up somewhere else on top row up in the gods. Plus 1 person was on their own on row in front of other seats.

It was a great experience to see the Real game and the tickets were ok in the end but not sure I will be booking any future tickets.

Everything was as promised. Tickets arrived 24 hours before match and we had 3 seats together.
Keep checking your match date because it may change and you won't get any specific notification. The emails are coming saying 2 weeks left, 2 days left but it may be too late for you if you made air tickets and hotel bookings ahead...

Went to a Manchester City match with my 2 children (age 8 and 10). Good seats and all 3 sitting together. Electronic tickets delivered the day before the match. All communication is by whatsapp (they always respond very quick). Electronic tickets delivered by Whatsapp. I was worried if everything would go okay, but everything was as they promsed. Next time I will order again at football.experience. Thank you one more time!

Actually I might not repeat the experience again. I bought two tickets worth of 380 Euros for Real Madrid x Osasuna at the Bernabeu. And the seats heatmap were supposed to be in a very good place. I was surprised with a seasonal tickets for someone's else and my seat were almost touching the ceiling behind the goal keeper. thats ridiculous for 380 Euroes.

Overall great experience. Easy to get in contact with through whatsapp. We ordered 4 tickets and got them on 2 separate places (but close to each other) so that is the only minus.

Normally I do not buy tickets at third party sellers. For this PSG vs OM match there was no other possibility as several credit cards on PSG official website didn't work. Prices on the club's own resale site where even higher, so I decided to give football experience a chance.
Everything was like described before. The ticket arrived even some time earlier than 24h before the match by eMail. So make sure you understand that you should have an eye on your contact details (if they don't deliver eTickets, you should tell them your hotel address) to smoothen the process of the ticket coming to you and obviously it will work out then.

i ordered 5 tickets for me and my family in the same place , i have got 3 different places !!!!

there was a mail and a promise ti deliver the tickets to the hotel , it was a big lye , i had to pick it up and to bring it back.

We booked tickets for the Real Madrid game as we had a lad’s weekend in Madrid. I waited till the game was confirmed on Real Madrid website with a Saturday evening kickoff then bought 3 tickets. Communication was excellent and clear regarding collection points etc . Unfortunately less than 2 weeks before the match the date and time was changed to 21.00hrs on the Sunday night., we couldn’t rearrange flights so didn’t attend game. We got No refund from football experience as was stated in Conditions that this could happen . I tried to see if they could resell the tickets but got no reply. Just be careful about dates as la liga do move games at last minute as it’s an expensive lesson.

We purchased tickets for real Madrid home game. All the questions I had after the purchase were answers by WhatsApp very quickly. The tickets were send by WhatsApp and were at the area that was written on the site. Great experience

I purchased two tickets for the match between Chelsea and Nottingham Forest. Overall, the service was satisfactory and I received the tickets well in advance. However, the first time I received the ticket through an email and a link to download the tickets but it did not work. Also, the difference between the ticket price (almost 160 Pounds) and the original one (61 Pounds) was quite noticeable!

I recommend to buy from this company. Great seats.

Happy that you share with me that link. I had a bad experience with your company , the tickets you sold me were for a wrong date and I miss the game and loos 700 pounds
no body took responsibility despite i had the evidence of wrong dated tickets and reservation

Bought tickets for the FA Cup Final between City and United. We were two friends from the US and didn’t know how we could find tickets to this rivalry championship match but FootballExperience pulled through.
