I saw all the glowing reviews and thought the service can be good but nowhere near as good as people made out... but it 100% is!

Hugo (the rockstar EVERYONE talks about) is friendly, very knowledgable about his profession and helpful with finding the best solution for you

The insoles have helped immensely since I have got them and they will prevent issues later on in life. So like I always say, pay now or pay later.... and it was money well spent!

I recently got a new pair of orthotics from Foot Factor which again have helped me immeasurably. I am a repeat customer and cannot recommend them highly enough. I am really satisfied with the results obtained using the custom-made insoles. I had been suffering from low back pain and constant buttock pain for some time. I had tried everything and had now given up on the idea of ​​having to live with this pain. I had pain when standing, sitting and walking, not to mention that when I trained for a running race the pain would intensify. Added to this back pain was also pain on the side of the foot due to a hallux valgus which caused burning when running and pain when I bent the foot during lunge exercises, and even pain at simple touch. Within a month of using the insoles, my back pain has almost completely disappeared, I have started running again and, even more surprisingly, I no longer have the burning sensation caused by the bunion and I can do lunge exercises almost without pain.

Extremely happy that I chose Foot Factor over any other Orthotics. Hugo was attentive to my queries and very hospitable during my time in the practice. The insoles feel incredible and are really helping me with my alignment and pain that I use to experience. Would thoroughly recommend!

Had such a great experience here. The staff were friendly and efficient, and they can make your orthotics in the clinic on the spot, as opposed to having to wait 3-6 weeks like most other places. Super efficient, well priced - would highly recommend.

As a returning client of Foot Factor I can only recommend their services as highly as possible. As with my previous experience they were courteous, very knowledgable, and above all else, most efficient in producing my new orthotics with a very minimum of delay and fuss. A complete rarity in today's world.

I was putting off getting orthotics even after my Consultant Podiatric Surgeon recommended ones on Amazon. My husband has been to Foot Factor & got incredibly positive results so now it's been my turn.

Hugo is very patient, thorough and calm. He is clearly skilled and cares about each pair of orthotics that he makes. He offers a free consultation after 18months to review how I'm getting on and said to contact him at anytime if I had discomfort or pain.

I'm 193cm (6'4") tall and now walk fully upright. I am told I look younger and I certainly have more energy and my feet feel supported and stronger.

I can't recommend Hugo enough.

As someone with a ‘low arch’ and relatively flat feet I decided to opt for a fair of semi-custom insoles and I’m so glad that I did. I now put the insoles in every pair of shoes or trainers that I wear and they’ve made a huge difference to day-to-day comfort and reduced a lot of pain I had been experiencing. Fantastic product, amazing service by Kristin and Hugo - would highly recommend for anyone.

I have had issues with feet and knees recently and ahead of my hike heavy honeymoon I decided to get custom full length insoles from Foot Factor. The product was amazing, I was able to happily walk >20km a day with no issues and can definitely feel improvement to my posture and and comfort as well. Would highly recommend

My friend and I decided to try insoles from Foot Factor about a year ago after a friend recommendation. We have both been using them since and found them really helpful! The insoles helped me with my hip tightness and my friend's knee got bettter. The service was thorough and very friendly, the whole process was fast and informative and the insoles last really well! After a year of almost everyday use, we are ready to get a new set, maybe even two, one for running and one for everyday wear! Thank you Amy and Mat!

I have had a number of custom orthotics made by different people none of which were effective in reducing the pain I was experiencing.

I had been getting ankle and knee pain during short walks and Achilles pain when playing golf. Since getting Orthotics from Foot Factor one month ago the pain has gone.

The service is great , I attended for a consultation prior to proceeding and my gait was assessed, then on the fitting day moulds were taken of each foot and I walked out with new Orthotics after an hour.

I would definitely recommend and will continue to use Foot Factor in the future.

Really amazing work! I went in for a slight knee pain I was having due to my pronated ankles. There was a lot of care and attention to my specific issues and quality explinations of what they were seeing with my current footware and gait. I had two sets of orthotics made and have been wearing them in a variety of shoes - my knee pain is gone!
