Truly expert service that fixed my back ache
I've been a customer of Foot Factor since 2013. I first went as I was getting regular lower back pain and a physiotherapist had suggested orthotics. I was amazed by the level of detailed analysis Norbert undertook before hand-making and adjusting the insoles to suit my feet and my gait.
My first set of in insoles were a revelation, as my shoes had never been so comfortable. My regular back pain resolved shortly within a couple of months of using the orthotics and I noticed that I was walking more comfortably and standing straighter.
Over the years I have become much more active in no small part down to these orthotics making me more comfortable when walking, running etc. When I have returned to get new orthotics - most recently in May 2021 - I have seen the clear evidence of how they have improved my gait and continue to offer me great support.
