Good product, good prices, fast delivery

Absolutely excellent company will use again easy process start to finish tracking easy to understand also. Can’t say much more about the company other than their delivery is faster than some in uk and cheaper prices than most 5* plus (James who’s done review before me talks crap)

Update:
They challenged me to contact the shoe brand supplier as they told me it is impossible they are fake as they get them from the shoe makers/designers/suppliers. So I contacted them direct (bape shoes). Bape themselves come back and said they do not work with footshop.eu!!!

Do not spend a penny with this crappy store! I ordered over 300 pound shoes and they’re fake! Obvious fakes as well how they are still in business is beyond me!!!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THEY SELL FAKE GARMS AT REAL RETAIL PRICES!

They keep spamming you with newsletter emails, when you never signed up for them. You unsubscribe, and they keep sending more. You unsubscribe again, and of course they continue. This is illegal. This is harassment.

Worse customer service. I ordered a shoe size and they sent me a different one. My size is no longer available on their site so clearly they did this only to close the sale, instead of contacting me to inform me. Now they don’t even want to help with the return, and I am supposed to go to return it in person with packeta because they don’t pay for home pick-up. This is the worst customer care and service I encountered, avoid them

bit wary of ordering from europe but feedback looked ok and was the only place left that had trainers i wanted so ordered on thursday received following wednesday, kept up to date with tracking and arrived at day and time promised, no custom charges either which is always a bonus
the trainers looked in good condition but on inspection there was a small mark to suede on one shoe and small scratch to leather upper on the other, nothing too bad to return, maybe a production issue

After I fully paid for my order and shipping, I later received an additional invoice from DHL for import duty/brokerage fees.

This happened when I was already waiting to receive my package, and I had no choice but to pay in order to avoid losing my shipment. Nowhere during checkout was it clearly stated that U.S. customers may be charged additional customs fees beyond the shipping cost I already paid.

The extra charge was significant, and this lack of transparency feels extremely misleading. If you sell internationally to the U.S., you should clearly disclose these potential fees before customers pay.

I will never recommend this store to anyone.

I got my shoes at a good price and in the size i was looking, delivery could have been quicker but I wasn't desperate for them.

- for 6 years now this trash website didn't send the so called "birthday code"... and the 💩's who replied to emails really tried to lie that they did

- also, they deleted my account when I exposed their "birthday code" bull💩

Decent price quick delivery
