Great sandals from a great company
Colin was very helpful friendly and answered all of my questions about the Luna sandals.
I also bought another slightly different model soon after.

Great shoes for very wide feet!
Company is really responsive to emails, and were able to advise on the best shoe for my very wide feet.
the shoes are very comfortable, and I love them. I had to return the first ones I ordered due to them being slightly smaller fitting than other shoes. All went smoothly, and refund no problem

Dont look here for ill fitting shoes
I feel this company care about the products they sell. Wide fitting shoes do not always appear elegant or well designed but the shoes they stock are designed well, made to last and above all very comfortable.

One of my "go to" companies
One of my "go to" companies. Good kit delivers quickly. When I got the size wrong, which I shouldn't have given how the website guide is, and I needed the larger pair quickly I put another order in, and later returned the smaller pair. Refund on the smaller pair was processed very quickly.

Brilliant experience from start to finish
This is the first time I bought something from Footworks, and it was a brilliant online shopping experience from start to finish. I've never owned a pair of Lems, and I wanted their new Switchback sandals. I struggled to figure out the right sizing, which led to multiple exchanges and going up 2 sizes. Colin was great all the way through this, responding to my emails and super speedy in sending the exchanges. I feel confident that I've got the right pair of sandals, and I'll definitely be buying future pairs from Footworks.
