I bought a kit when they first hit the market and it took a month to get the first shipment of parts. They told me it was all delivered and had to beg them to send out the hvac and apim modules along with more of the plastic dash pieces. After I got all of the parts and assembled them without instructions, my APIM didn’t have the factory navigation or full screen Apple CarPlay. Why would anyone upgrade their radio to loose features??? I reached out to them for months and now they are telling me I need to spend another 800 dollars to buy a new APIM from them. Beyond disappointed with the service I got from them, communication and the overall product. I hope that other people don’t have similar experiences because I think it could be a good kit but after learning that they don’t want to help me and that most of the electronics are reclaimed from wrecked cars (yes I looked up the model number on my APIM) I would not recommend.

The worst. Don't use this company. They make it near impossible to send the device back when it doesn't work. I cannot get anything to work on this thing (CarPlay, general connectivity, constant reboots). Support, while continually responding, does nothing of value and they refuse to provide a way to return the product for a refund. It's a scam and a ripoff IF it doesn't work. Other reviews look like, when it works, it's a good product. My problem is mine does not work and I cannot return.

Not professional. I paid 3 months ago and they still don’t have my order ready. Looks like a SCAM

Got everything i order in about business 10 days, everything worked good. Only thing i was missing was a third fake button for my screen. Customer service usually answers emails the same day. Overall good experience.
