I can only comment on the delivery drivers so far as haven't put our summerhouse together but the drivers Simran and Mark were very helpful. They brought all items to the back of the house and Mark talked me though every part putting my mind at ease that all parts were there. Excellent service.

Very happy with the service we received, there was a days delay with the delivery but this due to vehicle issues, so couldn't be helped, however I was informed in plenty of time about this and delivery was made next day in the same time slot, brilliant. The driver contacted me the next day when he was 30 minutes away and arrived promptly. Dan Morris was very friendly and considerate as regards my property and the delivery, nice guy too. The shed is now up and looks great, it was a bit tricky to assemble for 2 pensioners but we got there in the end, thank you for the excellent service.

Carl and Darren W were lovely. Efficient with the delivery, and helped lay the materials where we needed them. The tracker helped to know when they'd arrive. Very happy, thank you.

Terrible quality materials, I have a shed with multiple gaps from warped panels and holes from knots falling out. Flimsy with paper thin roof ‘felting’. Not fit for purpose or as described in any shape or form. Also had missing parts. Awful customer service, refused a repair or part compensation . Said they’d replace the warped panels but would not pay for labour and said they’d probably just warp again..Emailed a final action before court which was ignored so now issuing it via recorded delivery. Will be proceeding with the Small Claims Court. Avoid at all costs.
* there have been multiple emails and calls, videos and photos sent. We have not reached a satisfactory resolution so I’ve put the court notification in the post , signed for, since you ignored the email. I tried to add photos on here to show the issues ..

Phil and James where brilliant, apologising for the delay which was out of their control. Delivered our log store exactly where we wanted it. Also advised us the best way to pickup the item.

I complained about some very poor fence panels on 3 July. Forest Garden apologised and said they would 'make things right' At this 30 July stage they have asked for my name and telephone number 3 times and I have submitted such. I also rang Customer Services at their request. All to no avail. As you are not contacting me personally I am informing you unless you attend to this matter by 7 August I will be issuing a summons in the County Court to recover costs of the poor panels and for my time expended on the subject

I ordered a Forest Garden shed via Wickes on May 10th with the expectation that it would be delivered within 28 days. It took nearly twice as long with Forest Garden blaming Wickes and Wickes blaming Forest Garden! At no point was I contacted to explain the delay. Once the shed was erected, it became clear that the product was defective and not fit for purpose. For example, there are large gaps between the wooden slats on every panel and split sections of wood on the door. I immediately contacted Forest Garden who said they could send replacement panels. This was not a viable option due to the fact that all panels are defective. Forest Garden said I should contact Wickes if I needed a refund. I did this, but after multiple attempts to get Wickes to action this, Forest Garden have not collected the shed (3 stated dates have come and gone) and Wickes have not refunded my money. This is now a major inconvenience and I cannot proceed with having a replacement delivered until this is sorted. It would seem that neither Wickes nor their supplier - Forest Garden - are willing to take responsibility for this situation.

Brilliant service throughout from ordering to delivery. A very nice lady contacted me to arrange the delivery at a time and date to suit. Loved the option of tracking delivery and arrived as predicted. I bought a large wooden planter which is sturdy, looks good and perfectly matches 2 more expensive ones which I bought elsewhere. Delivery drivers Carl and Darren W were very personable and cheerful despite the long drive and carried planter to where I wanted it. Can't fault this company and would recommend. I will definitely purchase from them again.

i have got a lot of items from forest online and in store i have found it well made and a good price qwick delivery and good customer service would recommend it to any one

Alex Hibbert delivered my shed and he was very kind. Unfortunately he couldn’t carry it through the house for me but he did wait until my neighbour could help me and was very polite.
I thought the nails etc wasn’t included but it was packed in the middle of the wood and hidden away and speaking to a lovely lady on the phone, I corrected my mistake! I haven’t put the shed up yet but I’m just grateful for the good customer service!

Roy T, who delivered the summerhouse was fantastic, called me before arrival, took the parts to the required area and gave me advise and tips for installation and longevity of the purchase. Excellent customer service!
