Great. Clothes and accessories

Fast shipping, perfect fit for both me and my sister. We ordered one long-leg jumpsuit each and I got a playsuit as well. The sizes are good for our body types and the fabric of the clothes is really good. Good quality for a fair price. Shipping costs are not very high. Don't know anything about the costumer service though, as everything went smoothly. Would order from again!

I am a UK customer and shop here from time to time, they usually have good promotions and I've been happy with the quality of most things. Their sizing can be a bit variable, I've ranged from an XS to a M and haven't tried their shoes because they are in US sizes and I'm too unsure about conversion.
I think having to pay to return is a bit rubbish given most places now offer free returns, but £2.50 is not too bad all things considered. I just wish they would use a different courier. UPS are woeful and it is so difficult to get in contact with them. I work full time and they never try to leave parcels with neighbour (who is happy to take them from other couriers) and I can't set a preference for a safe place because they only seem to allow US customers to do this?! They expect you to leave a card outside your door to tell them where to leave the parcel, not exactly the most secure option! Not to mention the fact that their drop off points are all miles away from where I live!

I absolutely LOVE Forever21. I have been shopping on their website for over 6 years now (with an average of 4 orders per year) and I have always always always got my items on time. There was only one time I had to return something (the XS was a bit too big for me), but it was free return and even then, no issues at all. I sent it back and got the refund as soon as they received it. The clothes are really nice and cute, and the sizing tends to be proper. I love Forever21. :)

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!! DO NOT SHOP HERE! A jumpsuit that I ordered came faulty with a rip in the pocket so I looked ON THEIR WEBSITE and it said to put down faulty item and put the receipt in the package and they will refund me for shipping. Who knew faulty and damaged were two separate things??? I’ve been calling them for THREE MONTHS trying to get my refund for the shipping and was told multiple times I was getting a refund. Finally get on with a supervisor and they say their offer stands as not being able to refund me because the warehouse said it wasn’t faulty and I didn’t put the right code down as it being damaged. He was not trying to make me as the customer happy, he was just trying to be greedy and NOT REFUND ME $12!!!

I love what i got. Ordered 2 sport crop tops and they are very good quality, came fast and looks nice! :)

I paid extra for home delivery as nearest UPS drop off is 3.5 miles from my home.

Driver arrived (as I had no tracking info I didn't know when he was delivering it) ... My neighbour who takes in my parcels when I'm out said he was out of his van, knocked on my door and gone before she could get his attention.

When I arrived home I had a card telling me that my parcel was at the UPS drop off point 3.5 miles away.

I then had to drive a 7 mile round trip to pick up the parcel id paid extra to have delivered to my home to avoid having to do this!

Today I called customer service to complain about the delivery and lack of tracking/delivery info ....

Well all I can say is ....don't waste your time and effort contacting them because they don't know the first thing about customer service, the agent was downright rude, didn't even bother apologising for the service, the non delivery, or their lack of communication regarding my delivery.....

Even though she acknowledged she could see I hadn't had a delivery info email to say when delivery would be (but didn't apoligise for it) she basically told me it was my own fault I wasnt in to take the delivery!

I've worked in the customer service industry and call centres for over 17 years, n in all that time I've never treated a customer with a complaint the way I was spoken to today!

I won't be ordering from them again, and I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone.

I love the clothes I purchased! It's easy to find great clothes in your shop. So chic and stylish.

I placed only one order so far and I can say only good things about them. Items were even better than expected - 2 maxi dresses, decent fabric, great cut and size and 1 high waist shorts that fit me just perfectly. Not small not big, just as it would be if bought in store.
Order came in 4 days if my memory serves me well (I live Hungary), so that was a huge plus and a pleasent surprise for sure.
I hope it stays like this as I will order more for sure. In my experience so far, a lot of these companies have bad customer service unfortunately. Reading the reviews, Forever21 is no exception. Another example is ASOS (my fav online store) - they are great and if the items get lost, I get a quick refund but one of the last orders was problematic and they weren’t helpful at all. But that’s a topic for ASOS review. :)
Hope this was helpful for some of you who plan to shop online.

Customer support claims I didn't send back an item when I specifically did so because it was faulty and wanted to exchange t for a non faulty item. Refuse to acknowledge any fault on their part and also charged me return postage. Asked me several times if I am sure that i sent the item and it is not just somewhere in my flat. I find this very rude. Bad customer service. Sadly paid by credit card and not PayPal so can't use their customer protection.

Cheap prices and shipping doesn't take too long. Sizes are on the smaller side imo but it's all good.

My 34 year old daughter always wears some real nice clothes. She was wearing this bad a** long sleeve thin sweater and I loved it. I asked her where she got it and she sent me a link to F21.....that was back in August. I am a plus size and can never find anything that fits me right so I took a chance and got lucky because of a sale along with buy one get one free. Three dresses that I saved to my favorites had went on sale and 2 pair of jeans $56 and free shipping! Oh and the shipping is great also. Waiting on my next shipment that is due Saturday. Great online store, great prices, large selection for us plus size ladies and great fashion ( not the big oversized tops and stretch pants). I will be ordering often!!

I love the dresses that I ordered (just as pictured!) but I recieved no information that my merchandise had arrived at the pick-up spot! I had been worrying for days about whether they would make it for my anniversary, and had to call the location to ask if they'd recieved a package for me or not :(

My favourite clothes website! The quality is exceptionally good, the sizing is very accurate and the clothes are absolutely stunning. Honestly I can hands down say that this website is brilliant to shop from.

Good service :-) Also good clothes, but you get what you pay for.. I would love to have some more sizes, since they do run pretty small, but plus size is too big

The site does a fairly good job describing the items and shopping isn't bad, but the looks are not as good as presented.

Never in my 17 years of buying on the internet have I received such bad service....Untruths from customer service and finance department.

After placing 5 orders, they accepting and then cancelling, blocking my money in my bank account which is still blocked after 5 days! I called three times from abroad much to my expense and I just received rubbish replies, they would not put me through to any manager ( from what I read on Wikipedia they probably do not have any.) They sent cancellation emails stating they tried to contact me by email and or phone which they DID NOT. I can only warn anyone out there NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE! They should be closed down and reported to the "Consumer Rights".
DISGUSTED!
