Bought 2 EAs from the store. Never had a issue after the transaction I could download and use EAs. This store doesn't make EAs. They sell it as market place. People complain about EAs. I bought forex truck a year ago and all was OK until it hit stop loss which is fine as that's why the stop-loss is there.. you can also disable stop-loss if you want.. performance of those EAs has nothing to do with store. Then I bought forex turbo which I use and it is fine.

I already bought 2 EAs, the same thing, my account was downgraded, their live signal on myfxbook was downgraded together, so far ok, it could happen but then the live signal simply adds the downgrade and it becomes as if myfxbook had not been downgraded, the robots are terrible

Be warned about purchasing anything from Forexstore. The product information is misleading - the results of the EAs are presented to look much better than they actually are. Reviews on the site are fake and it is a complete con, The client area and messaging is woeful and the customer service even worse. I purchased Forex Truck with a 30 day money back guarantee which was not honoured as they hid the small print. The EA performed poorly and blew my account - stay away from these con artists!

I bout an indicator from gthrm for $248 and they r refusede to send it to me, Beware of these thievs!!!! dont buy anything expensive here becase there is a chance you will not get it!!! THIEVES!!!

Bought Forex Truck Turbo EA through their website. EA turned out to be not as described, lost 20% of balance in first two weeks since I started it. Developer has stopped responding to my e-mails. So I contacted the Store to get assistance. And guess what, after the first e-mail exchanged when I explained that I require a full refund in line with their refund policy, they stopped responding. Zero communications, no reply to anything.
I cannot use the EA and cannot get a refund as promised.

I've opened a chargeback claim with my card provider, will not let them rob me blind.

You have been warned!

EDIT: your reply is a total lie, I've sent you more than 10 e-mails, same to the EA developer. You completely ignored them all, stopped responding when I mentioned refund.
I was successful charging back my money via credit card. The process took almost two months. Did you contacted me during two months claim window? No, absolutely not. So please do not lie to me now, trying to make things better.
Let this be a warning to future users of your store.

I am a new user, just a month now. There are some things to say: it is a simple grid system opening positions like a Martin Gala system. At the moment with the recommanded inputs is on ca 12% drawdown trding only the USDCAD. A grid system is not a safe system.....

2 months after buy it, and profits, finally on end of the year I got -20% on my balance. Not recommended

I am new to the EA world. I was and to some extent loss. Nolan has helped me so much, the customer support is excellent. Look at this EA's track record, it has been a great performer for many years. I am happy mine, I have actually purchased several of the FX Stabilizer pro versions. Give it a try, they give you a 30 day trial period. It has worked great for me.

Forex Truck Turbo is a great EA.

Being new to forex trading, I really appreciate how easy Turbo is to configure. So few settings makes is easy to install and run. Right out of the gate, running default settings, it's winning trades for me. I'm about two weeks in, and Turbo has won a dozen trades and it hasn't lost one yet. I'm up a lot more than I thought would be this quickly.

I am also very appreciative of Turbo's exceptional customer service. The questions that I have asked have been answered quickly, with exactly the information that I needed.
