Excellent customer support, their reviews on EA are very reliable backed up by very well given criteria. So far, I bought 3 EAs and planning to buy 3 more in order to diversify though I didn't experience any hhigh risk using their EAs for over than 3 years. I like the idea of providing 2 versions of EA's, MT5 and MT4 and freedom to change account number anytime without restrictions, overall experience is just excellent.

I bought ForexTruck EA last November and I am very satisfied for the performance and the customer service both. This EA is very well managed and it doesn't give me any concern even in cases where the market is strongly in trend. Amazing products and support. Been trying JetBot and ForexTruck and they are both very good EAs in general. I did a bit of a loss at first with JetBot but it recovered very nicely at the end. ForexTruck have been running smoothly with low risk and feel pretty safe with both due to different strategies and currency pairs.

I was new to using robots. ForexStore was always helpful and responded to support requests promptly.
